This U-Haul works well and satisfies my needs and I believe a lot of that is in part because of Arthur. Drive up lockers. Quiet location. Great hours. “Paulista did a move for me from Concord to Uxbridge. It was a 1 BR with an office and a gym ( lots of equipment n weights). They said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30 and they did.They did go a little past the time quoted but that is to be expected especially since we were located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. They were professional. Anything they pulled apart they put back together.Highly recommend.”

“So far, so good. I previously had things stored at Public Storage and the difference between these places is immense. I'm so much happier with this place and especially that I can be locked into a year's lease with no increase in rental fee. Also, they don't have the hidden charge of insurance or buying a proprietary lock. The place is clean and easy to use. The only semi-weird thing is that there are load bearing columns in the units that you need to work around for storing your stuff but that's to be expected in a retrofitted old factory building. I believe the space taken up by these columns is not counted in the square footage of the unit so it's no big deal unless you're trying to store some sort of giant item. Anyway, highly recommended!”
