What it lacks in features it makes up for in convenience. Always clean.

I’m going to sign up $50 security one time charge monthly bill very reasonable for a facility that maintains clean and privacy. Nobody wants to work out with a whole bunch of people watching them and if you do at least you know there’s only locals and what’s a good is that when you get out, you can watch the trains pass by

Great gym at a great value! So many upgrades and new locker rooms are amazing. Friendly staff and owners. It's awesome to have a gym that is 24/7 without the hassle of the big box gyms. This is a friendly comfortable atmosphere for you to reach your peak potential!

I have been a member of Nashoba Valley Fitness for nearly 30 years. When I was first looking for a place to work out, I remember being impressed by the knowledge of the staff, accessibility of trainers, and modern workout equipment at this very clean and accessible gym. In addition, because of its “not too big” size, it is a great place to enjoy comradery amongst some of the other members. I highly recommend Nashoba Valley Fitness for your fitness goals.

My home away from home! As manager for over 30 years I can truly say Nashoba Valley Fitness is such a positive, friendly atmosphere! Although I'm working more from home now, I'm still there and love to hear from all the long-time friends I have made!

I've known the owner for over 30 years and some of the staff for a number of years. Always helpful and willing to answer your question or assist. The new renovations to this gym are great. Worth coming in and walking through.

Good gym. No classes but planty of cardio and weights. And cardio is all I really use. And the price is right. I'm retired so I go in the AM when the treadmills are at their lowest use. I've been a member of some higher end gyms, but I don't use the saunas, shower, or locker room, so I'd rather not pay for them. And I love the 24/7 access. You can go on Sunday night, or Christmas, or even Thanksgiving. They have several lfieline type things that you can wear around your neck, or, if you choose, there are several buttons strategically placed around the building so you can call 911 to come right away, for safety.

I had gone cancel my membership in July. I was told by a gentleman at the desk (when I went in person to cancel when I was available on a weekend) to email my request. I sent the email on July 31st 2021. I just had to call again because I realized I had still been being charged (by checking my bank statement) and no one had cancelled my membership. It's now November of 2021. Just be aware that it may take you months of trying to get your membership cancelled here. Not a bad gym and the remodel is nice - but this has been an unprofessional and really bothersome experience.

Excellent location with well-kept appliances. It's not busy, and the staff, co-workouters, and super gymnthusiasts are all really cool.

Would have been the new gym for my girlfriend and I but... with these new guidelines and wearing a mask to workout? Thats actually unhealthy and very dangerous. Lawsuits impending. All gyms following any of the tyrannic guidelines dont deserve my money and will get the same review. I'll open my own gym with 0 guidelines for a virus that CAN NOT BE SPREAD BY ASYMPTOMATIC people and has a 99.8 survivability rate or higher. You people have been duped. My health is important, but im not willing to give up my freedoms for working out in a gym. I'm a healthcare worker, masks dont protect you from viruses, anyway!
