In one year of working out at Ross Fitness, I’ve made more progress than I did in years of working out at other gyms. Before coming to Ross fitness, I repeatedly experienced the same pattern: join a gym, start making progress, sustain an injury. At Ross fitness, Kyle and Garrett designed the perfect program for my body. I’ve been able to workout continuously for a year and have made noticeable progress. Not only that, but all of my lower back pain has disappeared! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s a great community. You’ll love coming to the gym!

I was really nervous about joining a gym but kyle made it so easy for me. He felt like my friend from day one. I never felt intimidated or out of place. Since I started with Kyle I've gained so much confidence and feel like I have a brand new body. I'm stronger and happier. I honestly can't believe how far I've come and I owe that to Kyle! 10 out of 10! I would absolutely recommend Ross Fitness!

"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kyle at Ross Fitness for the past year and a 1/2, and I can honestly say that he is one of the best instructors I've ever known. He is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help his clients achieve their goals.I started seeing Kyle after my first knee replacement 2 years ago and his knowledge and expertise slowly got me back on my feet with carefully curated exercises that enhanced my recovery. A year later I had the other knee done and with the help of Kyle and his team, I feel like I have the mobility a man half my age (60).One of the things I appreciate most about Kyle is his ability to customize workouts to the group’s needs and goals. He never takes a one-size-fits-all approach, and he is always willing to modify exercises as needed. Wish I joined 10 years ago!I'm in my mid-30s and throughout my life I would start going to the gym and then quit after a few months. I've been at Ross Fitness for 1 year and never missed a class. The members are friendly, supportive and fun which makes the time fly by. I look forward to each session. I started off going 3 days per week and now I'm at 6 days; I can't get enough. Kyle and Garrett have been phenomenal trainers to work with. They push me beyond what I thought was possible.Don't make the same mistakes as me and spend your time idling at a conventional gym or telling yourself..."I'll get serious tomorrow." Not only has Kyle helped me get into shape but he's also helped me drop the excuses and hold myself accountable. I HIGHLY recommend!

I joined Ross Fitness about 10 months ago after languishing in the Covid doldrums. I am not a gym guy, but Kyle and Garrett have been awesome helping me to set realistic goals and get into shape. I am stronger, leaner and more flexible than I was a few months ago. I am looking forward to achieving my next set of goals. I joined Ross Fitness almost 2 years ago. For a long time I was struggling with weight creeping up and sticking to a fitness and nutrition regimen. Kyle and Garrett make exercise fun. And they make it mean something. They make you want to come back and want to get better because they BELIEVE you can be better. I've learned so many lessons regarding fitness, nutrition and life that have changed my outlook on my health. My health is now my #1 priority. It's so much easier to stick to something once you believe in it. I highly recommend Ross Fitness if you want long-term transformation and continuous motivation.

I've been working with Kyle for about 4 months, and have been very pleased with the results. My primary goal was to regain lost strength due to some injuries related to years of horseback riding. I haven't felt this great in many years! Kyle motivates and encourages but is also attentive to making sure I don't overdo it. He's very knowledgeable about nutrition and training methods, and the gym is well equipped. He's also a great person, very personable and loves to laugh. I never thought working that hard would be so much fun - but Kyle makes it happen.

Excellent overall experience at Ross Fitness. I was looking for a trainer with experience rehabbing athletic injury, in my case ACL reconstruction. I messaged Kyle via his website and got an immediate response. He seemed excited to take on the challenge. Kyle, worked with and around my doctors rehab protocol to come up with fun, innovative and comprehensive workouts that got me back on track. It is obvious that he takes pride in his facility, always extremely clean and he's constantly thinking of ways to improve the space. I would recommend to anyone serious about getting into shape regardless of the motivation.

For the past several years, my son has worked out with Kyle to prepare for the fall football season and the new school year. In addition to preparing him for football and the proper use of the equipment, he has also provided kind encouragement and support. Kyle encourages a strong body combined with a strong mind. Perfect for my teenager! I highly recommend him!

I joined Ross Fitness 15 months ago; I lost 22 pounds and 17 inches in my first 4 months! I am gaining tone, and am so proud of the strength I have gained. I'm in my mid-40's, and because of Ross fitness, I'm in the best shape of my life. For the first time since my 20's, I am wearing sleeveless shirts again and am not hiding behind bulky clothes. I was suffering from knee pain for about 4 years prior to joining (walking down hills and stairs) and it is completely gone. This is the only gym I've ever been able to commit to and keep showing up! Kyle's classes seem like personal training, he emphasizes proper technique over pushing you to do heavy weights (and will encourage you to increase safely), and he modifies the workouts according to individual needs. He is engaging and supportive, the workouts are never the same, his classes have great people, AND the workouts are challengingly fun!

Results speak for themselves. I have been training with Kyle for a year and half now, and he has been a big part in molding the person I am today. I am in better shape now at 27 years old then I was when I was in high school and college, and I have more drive and passion for living life than I ever have before. Every day I want to get better, and Kyle helps drive you to perform at your very best - he always knows when/how to push you. There is always another level to the workouts so you will NEVER get bored and you will NEVER conquer a workout, because Kyle knows how to make the workouts more challenging and beneficial.

Kyle creates and amazing environment for training. We train I'm small groups with exercises tailored to each of our goals. Each exercise has different levels depending on your skill level and if you have any outstanding medical issues. I have an issue with lack of mobility in my hip which Kyle has taken the time to personally address on several occasions and I cant thank him enough .
