Worst place I’ve experienced. I rented a van for 3 hours drove 40 miles and got blammed for a dent in the truck which I never hit. The place was closed when I drop it off yet 10 mins later I got charge saying I damaged the van. I know for a fact I didn’t hit anything and for them to say I did next time I will take pictures before I use it but to say I dented the van when I didn’t I will never do business with U haul or stay away from this location period. I got charger twice for the rental to currently talking to my credit card to be paid back

Arthur and his team were very kind and accommodating when I rented one of their trucks. The vehicle itself was in good condition. I would recommend this U-Haul location to others in need

The people that work here are super nice Arthur the manager (owner maybe? Not too sure) is super nice & lives on property so I'm not concerned about anyone breaking in. The accessibility hours aren't the most ideal but I can make do for nice people and a reasonable price
