Great gym, staff is always helpful and the place has everything you need. Good selection of equipment, a pool, steam room and sauna. Definitely the best gym around.

Outstanding! Very nicely put together place, had an excellent workout here & the staff didn't waste my time whatsoever. Big bonus for being the only place in the area with a sauna, steam room and pool.
