I went to AT&T in Hyannis, Cape Cod Mall to see how I could lower my monthly bill, cancel a line , and transfer an existing line to my grandson. I was greeted and listened to with empathy. The assistants did everything to ensure all the options available were extended to me. In so doing, I was able to lower my monthly payments...And guess what???? I got an apple watch free!!! When I say God is INTENTIONAL and GOOD!! I MEAN THAT!!! The representatives were patient and knowledgeable, and they pulled out all the stops to ensure I was well taken care of, and my needs were met!! Thank you, thank you. Thank you!!! AT&T on Cape Cod Mall, Hyannis, YOU ROCK!!!

All the employees were very helpful especially the store manager Karissa. I lost my phone the other day and they all were super patient with me as I tried to get a new one and all the complications that came with that.

Lost iphone, for some reason backups were not saved to cloud…. Never found phone, and was sure I just lost all my contacts, pictures, notes, etc. Anthony took over at this store & helped me get all t information back (through APPs on my computer) …. Seemed incredibly complicated, but he did it, just phenomenal job on his part, and a huuuuge thank you to Anthony. Exceptionally knowledgeable!!!!! Also, a new staff member there, Faye was helpful in providing some instructions for use going forward & is included in my dialogue w Anthony, and also displayed a high level of knowledge!! This AT&T store/ Manager clearly not only hires very talented people but also obvious that they are all very well trained…. thank you!!!!

Karissa at the Cape Cod Mall store was fantastic! She helped me review my plan and option and quickly ported my data over. Net, I was able to upgrade and save at the same time! She’s awesome!

I had a great experience at AT&T mall in Hyannis they are so knowledgeable and give me the best Options to reduce my monthly payment account and the great promotion with iPhones and watches I could not say more but the best.
