We went to AT&T store to switch the plans and get the new phones. The store manager Karissa did a great job helping us to switch the plans, get 2 new phones, and guided us thru the process.

I received excellent service from David in resolving an issue where I had changed my mother's phone number while trying to set up network access for my new cell phone. He quickly resolved my issue and I noticed that he brought two other customers to the point of having their issues resolved during the time I was there. He is a great professional, good at his job, and very friendly.

The service is usually whatever anyway but this one was so bad. It was staffed by the most immature boys from high school. The laughing at my concerns and dismissive attitude was boggling. The one boy helping me kept touching his bare skin under his shirt while holding my phone alternating hands. Never mind his sitting on desks with both dirty sneakers on the chair. I had to walk out. No customer service training was evident.

Do not go to this store. Such incompetent people working here. Sales associate had my passport IN HANDS and spelled my name completely wrong. Now i have to wait 30 days to change it and i’m missing out on college student discounts because my name doesn’t match tuition bill. they suck so bad they will literally tell you to call the number instead of getting help there because they are completely useless. literally go anywhere else

I didn't know there is a difference between an AT&T franchise and a real AT&T corporate store. I upgraded my phone at the "franchise" store at CC Mall. BIG MISTAKE Waited 45 minutes for service. Signed up for a phone Exchange and was told I could keep my current plan with no increase. There would be no cost to me after all credits were issued over a 3 yr period. THEY LIED I later found out from the real AT&T I had to upgrade my plan by $14 a month which actually reduces my plan credit each month (total $504). In addition they did not transfer data properly. When I left the store I had no phone service and no GPS. I went to a real AT&T store to have it fixed. Plus they could not accept a return of my old phone. I had to arrange that through the real store. I have had AT&T for over 15 years but at the end of this 3 year cycle I will change my provider to someone who is more reliable. NEVER GO TO AT&T AT THE MALL. AT&T - Please get rid of the franchise idea.

AWFUL. I was debating on switching over from Verizon to AT&T because of convenience when it comes to location, as there is an AT&T closer to my college campus. I just returned home from college and decided to make the switch while visiting a friend on Cape--I gave up after hearing the three male employees gossiping about another customer (or coworker? I don't know who they were talking about) like a group of school girls. Rather than approaching me to assist me in a store that is literally 4x4, they carried on with their conversation, pretending like I was invisible. I walked right out without making the switch.

Worst experience I have experienced since being a customer for almost 10yrs. The location at the Cape Cod Mall should just close its doors. There one guy(red head) that was helpful. Managers are absolutely useless.

Really appreciate the outstanding customer service at this location. Bert, the System Manager is exceptionally knowledgeable and solved a challenging problem for me quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended Bert and this location.
