My car is beautiful. It gives such a smooth ride and has quite the pick-up in sports mode! I love it and my sales person was professional and attentive. The showroom was pristine and the personnel friendly and welcoming! Overall, I am now an Audi-lover!

First class operation. The Staff at Audi Cape Cod are very easy to deal with. Rob was very helpful without adding the sales pressure that other dealerships do. I own an Audi Q5 had a miner fender bender and blew out a back tire which had to be replaced. I called Audi Hyannis to see if I could go and have my tire replaced, driving on one of those spares, I was told they couldn’t accommodate me for two weeks, seriously just wanted a new tire. So I went next door to Cape tire very very Accommodating, check them out. Really Audi Hyannis! ?

Stopped to to see a vehicle that piqued my interest. Asked to see it, a 2015 Audi. My first faux pas was asking to see a dreaded used car (how dare I?) Then 2 salesmen passed by me and looked at me as if I had just spit in their cornflakes..... the salesman who did finally deign to come show me the car, was friendly impaired; kept looking at his phone....
Not a good experience.

Ordering process of a new 2024 was an easy experience. Audi needs to do a better job with logistics as my car was held up in customs for almost 5 weeks. Audi did offer me something to sweeten the deal, but that would not have been necessary if who ever is responsible for logistics did their job.
Regarding service, not sure if I will use Audi of Cape Cod again as they performed ALL scheduled maintenance for my previous A5 Cabriolet for 13 years and not once did I receive a video of the work preformed. I stopped by the store in Norwell and was told it was standard practice to provide a video with each and every service. So I asked the same service consultant that I always used at Audi of Cape Cod why I hadn't received any videos, and was told I never asked for one. I just don't understand why when the practice was put in place service didn't automatically send me the video not just because I had been a loyal customer for over a decade, but you would think the service department would be all about customer service since the service department is where the dealer makes their money.

A wonderful dealership out on the cape
