If you are thinking about getting your car detailed from here - i highly recommend that you do not, take your money someplace else. I honestly wish I could leave a zero star review after experiencing the service at this establishment. The staff was awful, they lack communication skills, multiple times the price was raised for the service unknowingly. After giving up in the fight to understand what’s going on with my car, I paid over $300 hoping at least my car would be incredibly clean. It did not meet my expectations at all. As soon as I got in the car, I could already see missed spots. The workers even chipped a part off of the raído buttons. I booked the appointment excited to see what this place offered and I left wishing I had never stepped foot onto their property.

Absolutely incredible. Looks better than the day I picked it up at the dealership. Had the interior done only. Two hundred and twenty nine dollars before tax. Forty dollars extra because of all the sand. A special tool was required I was told. Maybe I was played although the interior has never looked so good. Beats the daylight out of doing it myself.Service: Auto detailing

I am extremely satisfied with the detail I got. They did more than detail my SUV but restored it to mint condition. Wait time was convenient due to my work schedule

So disappointed. All the package indicator lights were out. So you had no idea what package you were actually getting. After going through, and stopping for coffee, I noticed the rims were still covered with dirt and I had black streaks running down the side of my vehicle. When I brought it back, they gave me excuses and said another wash won’t do anything. After I wiped the black streaks off with a finger rub, he sent me back through. Rims weren’t touched. The vehicle looked dirtier after the car wash. What happened to this place. It used to be a quality car wash.So after trying to reach out to the operations mananger, i dont hear back. After reading other reviews, i guess this is also a problem here. Don't bother.

Pretty good car wash. For 24.00 I thought it would do better job. Wheel wells not so clean and it didn’t even take a tiny bit of tree sap off. I don’t know if vaccums were free but said insert coins. For that price a free vac should be included. Live out of state so probably only time we will go here. Also the guy at beginning of wash that pre rinses it is literally spraying a little water on driver side. Passenger side doesn’t get rinsed from it. I’d say just take it away or do it right

Had my car washed and detailed. Great job! I had to wait a bit due to their busy center, but it was well worth it. My car feels and looks so clean. The steering wheel feels like new again. These men did a great job cleaning my car. I will return to this business, for sure.

Wash is relatively reasonably price, but wash quality is definitely lack-luster, I can't begin to count the amount of times I've been through their top tier package and came out with stuff still on the car.Would be nice if they offered a complimentary second wash if it comes out dirty or at least pre soak the car before going through the wash

Diamond wash sucked. It didn't clean the under carriage at all and the wash completely scratched up my new 2023 Subaru. After calling them they never called back. Left three voicemails and they never reached out. BEWARE WILL DAMAGE YOUR PAINT.?️?️?️?️

My car was hit INSIDE the car wash! Because they were trying to fit too many cars in the same time, bumper to bumper, four cars at once. Nobody cared, just rinsed my car off and pushed me out so I didn’t even get the rest of the car wash that I paid for. SMH

I just wanted the manager/owner to know how amazing your employees are! Yesterday, they went above and beyond when I accidentally locked my keys, my phone, and purse in my car while vacuuming it after a wash.I went to the office just to ask someone if I could use their phone to call AAA. Instead, Reymi and another young man (didn’t catch his name) came out with the same tools that AAA would use in a lockout. They worked SO hard to get me into my car. They succeeded, without any damage to my car whatsoever! This whole process took maybe 20 minutes, when I could have been waiting there for hours had I been waiting for AAA (without a phone, wallet or anything).All your employees have always been polite and helpful, but yesterday they really blew me away with their kindness. Thank you so much!!
