Absolutely ridiculous. Chris the employee (bigger guy long hair) completely discriminated me and my colleagues earlier. Walked in speaking Portuguese and got a weird look and rude interaction from the beginning. Wouldn’t accept my id and forced me to leave. I came back later because the liquor store is a 2 minute walk from my beach house and he called the police and cussed me out and wouldnt serve me again. Absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t even have a conservation when we tried peacefully talking. Wishing I could give negative stars

Called on Easter Sunday 2024 to see if they were open and the gentleman on the phone was very rude. Once I arrived the clerk was very rude and confrontational. (Thick set guy in his 30’s with a beard) He started an argument with me because, get this, I thanked him for being open! Then he filmed me in the parking lot!!! I understand that you are working on a holiday but it isn’t the rest of the worlds fault buddy. Very poor customer service and poor selection.

I am most definitely a frequent flyer at this packy. It's less then a cigarette walk away and they have always been promptly open at 8, stay open till 10 as advertised, always stalked with whatever I may need, it is in no way "run down" and has stood with b n b pizza and the hair salon since I can remember and I grew up here. I enjoy spending my money at locally owned business for many reasons and this package store has been around and locally owned for decades. It's convenient, quick, has competitive prices and has fed our local economy for longer than I'm old enough to remember. Definitely 5 stars. Others probably shouldn't come in piss drunk and expect sunshine and rainbows.

I love going to this store. Not only is it conveniently by my house, the staff is super friendly and know what my husband and I want as soon as we walk in. Some of the employees there are super fun to joke around with and it’s always been a very pleasant experience. Don’t go to any other liquor store.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The only reason I went there as infrequently as I did, is because it is convenient to my home and opposite the grocery store. But as of today, and after NUMEROUS BIZARRE AND OFFENSIVE EXPERIENCES, NEVER again (my boyfriend utterly refuses to patronize them since his first visit way back). Apparently this is owned and run by a family who owns the whole run-down little strip of shops. EVERY SINGLE ONE of these (I'm guessing) 3 generations of family members are rude, sarcastic, arrogant and snarky. Don't ask me why- the store is run-down, they can't keep tenants, and none of them seem very bright. I will go the extra distance to the Sea Street Mkt., or the Hyannis Package Store.
