Just got a new dryer. Salesman said we must use a new cord and vent for installation. They used old cord and vent but charged us. Getting a refund is an actual of Congress. This company is unaccountable. You lost me and dozens of friends today Best Buy.

They usually have what you want I had one bad experience there I started to buy an iPhone then this old geizer is saying I have to come back tomorrow it was 8:40 because they were getting ready to close and he didn’t have enough time left to set up new phone. He had 20 minutes if he couldn’t get it done by then he shouldn’t have been working there . He proceeded to get very nasty . I went back next day and got a different salesperson

I purchased a microwave, "open box" so I expected maybe a ding or 2. I was told I could not actually open the open box to see what if there are any issues but the description said it included all necessary parts and was in good condition so....I bought. I went to install the unit and, no mounting template...there not a lot online but I'll manage ...no mounting bolts. Long story short, you can buy the template online,and buy the two 50 cent bolts for $30 as part of a fastener kit. So I call my "local" ...20 miles away Best Buy and get a person in another country who tells me to go to contact local Best Buy ( I dialed my local Best Buy) and ask if they have the part. I cannot call and there is no computerized way for them to find out, I must go in person and ask. The second I called they knew who I was and what I had bought and the minute I bought it...but apparently they don't know bolts. Now I have to drive 40 miles to see if they have my bolts or spend $30 and a week waiting for them.Best Buy is doomed and deservedly so. Stupid me for saving zero money and wasting a day on an open box purchase from a company teetering on the edge..

Do not pass up if you are in the market for electronics, etc, etc.In-store sales types are scarce, just like everywhere else, but be patient, and someone will eventually come to assist you.Their online site is quite good as well.I recommend comparing $$$ with Amazon, etc.

These people are idiots. Nobody knows anything, the managers are just as useless as the staff. The return policy is pointlessly short. Just buy straight from China. When they invade this country maybe you'll get social credit points for being loyal.

I bought a new TV but when it was delivered, the legs were too far apart so the TV wouldn't fit on a stand. The Geek Squad guys who delivered it told me about another TV that would fit. Then they drove all the way back to Hyannis to get it, then drove another hour to get it back here the same day. They were fabulous! A very very good reason to patronize Best Buy!

We bought a Refrigerator that showed up damaged. Filed claim and 'settled' only to have settlement denied. No real explanations and hours on phone. Hung up on and no call backs after several assurances. Terrible business!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We went in to buy a dryer. They recommended having someone come out to take measurements and make sure we would buy something that worked well in our home. The technicians came out and measured, and ensured us that the info would be sent directly to Best Buy in Hyannis. All we had to do was show up there and they would have the info. When we got there, they didn't have it. We were able to get a hold of the 3rd party company that came out, and they ASSURED us Best Buy 100% had the measurements. So we went back a few days later, and got the same run-around. They told us it was the 3rd party tech's fault. We asked them to call, and they said they were not able to. So we called right there. They spoke, and somehow Best Buy STILL could not find the information. It seemed as though they were making things up because they didn't know HOW to find it, or they were just too lazy to take the time to do some digging and get the info for us. So we went to Lowe's and it was easy and pleasant. We will never go back to Best Buy in Hyannis for anything because of their lack of customer service.

One of the worse experiences and customer service that my family and I have ever received. We placed an order on line and was notified that the product would arrive the the following day. We drove 2 hrs to pick up the product, once we arrived and waited at the customer service desk for approximately 10 minutes as staff members walked by without acknowledging us. I asked for help and was told to wait. Finally, someone approached us, I stated that we were there to pick an item that was ordered on line. After reviewing our order we were told that the product is not there and that they had no idea as to where the product was or when it would arrive. On my Best Buy email it clearly stated that it arrive next day but couldn't give me an estimate time, which was fine. After speaking to someone who claimed to be Mgr. He and the other staff member walked in the back. Upon coming I could the staff member that introduced themself as the manage say tell him to go on line and check for himself. When I asked what happened he sarcastically said to me the email states Estimated and do you understand what the word estimated mean? Needless to say this infuriated me and my family. I told them the email did say estimated but it also said the day it would arrive but not the time, which means the product could arrive anytime but on that day. For the second or third he said to me do you understand what the word estimated mean in the dictionary. After having an verbal confrontation with him, I decided to cancel my order, he angrily took my credit card and again asked if I knew what the world estimated mean and proceeded to cancel the order. I angrily responded with a few expletives. Before refunding me I was told that if didn't leave he was going to call security to have me removed. To make matters even worse I attempted to contact Best Buy by phone at least 5 times to file a complaint and was told that if I wanted to file a complaint I would have to drive another 2 hrs. To that location to speak to someone. This is what you call a WOW! we proceed to go to BJs where customer service was impeccable.

I went to buy a cheap printer. They had 3 color printers under $90 but none on the floor available. I asked for help and was told I would be put in a line. I found a black and white printer on the floor and assumed it would be cheaper. Grabbed it and went to check out. I asked the price first as was told the black and white printer was $160. Shocked I said that’s surprising for a black and white printer. The guy went on to say they had no cheaper printers and printers are expensive. I said they absolutely do I saw three color printer cheaper than this. He tried to follow up that well none would be as good as this printer. I said I wasn’t interested so he told me to put it back which I did. I went online and got a color printer for $70 which works great. The guys attitude was rude and dismissive.
