Best Western Cape Cod Hotel offers a mix of positive and less favorable experiences. Guests appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, especially during busy times like the 4th of July weekend. The hotel features a nice swimming pool, a sauna located next to a small pool, and a good, fresh breakfast, all at a reasonable price. Rooms are generally clean and tidy, providing good value for money. However, some guests found the rooms to be dilapidated, with issues such as peeling shower and sink sealant, and older, not-so-fresh carpets. The WiFi is limited to areas near the reception, and the laundry facilities are not reliable, which can be frustrating after long travel days. Notably, the hot tub is no longer available. Guests mention that a car is necessary to get around, as the hotel is far from many attractions. Overall, the hotel is a decent choice for those seeking affordability and basic amenities, but some improvements could enhance the experience.
Staff at hotel was so helpful and helped accommodate my requests. Really appreciate all their help on such a busy 4th of July weekend.

One of the best Best Western's. They go above and beyond.

There is no hot tub. It broke and took it out of service for good. Besides that, it’s a nice hotel and they still have a sauna right next to the 4 foot pool and breakfast.
