I had been a customer for over 12 years with auto-pay and never missing a payment.I had a 4 line plan that was dropped to a 3 line plan upon the company being bought out. I was still charged the same price for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines previously.Customer support managers at that were unwilling to give any compensation or reactivate the 4th line.I then switched 2 lines to Verizon leaving one line still active on the account. And once again was being charged more for that one account then ANY plans offered by boost at the time of contact-current. And once again Customer support was unwilling to give any compensation due to being overcharged. Even after they accepted I was being overcharged their only resolution was to put me on a new plan at the current prices which was half of what I was being charged. With no compensation for being overcharged for the previous 6months.I finally just canceled my last active line and will never do buisness with or recommend ANYONE do buisness with boost mobile again!Which is a shame because I use to advocate for boost mobile and had multiple active lines under the previous ownership.BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

I just wanted to share a great experience your staff gave my sister. My sister is almost 70 and shared with me the great experience she had at your location.She drove over 1 hour away to get to that location because of the help they gave her over the phone and willing to set the online special phone aside for her.The other locations didn’t honor the online price special in there store but your location did.Sofia saved the online special priced phone for her over the phone in that store, Gabriel setup and transferred everything from her old Iphone when she arrived the next day. John helped her get all the accessories she needed and installed them for her.Thanks for taking good care of my sister and giving her the internet special at your store.She highly recommends this store location after being a customer over 5 years.Thanks & Much Appreciated, David

I put a zero if I could. Can’t even get them to answer the phones. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had more issues in my life with a phone company then I do with boost.

The ineptitude at this Boost store , I’ve not EVER experienced before. There were three, “ 3” “ Customer Svc” associates sitting on stools doing absolutely nothing when I entered the store. Every basic question I asked was answered by a quick look amongst the 3, then a broken English “IDK” or call 611. I call 611 and they tell me to go to the store. The phone(s) were purchased at that store so I expected some type of customer support. Evidently NOT. I went back there on another day to see if I could speak to a different representative and it was different people, same result - Broken English and no idea how to help. If Boost corporate isn’t aware of what’s going on, they will now. I’msending a letter when I’m done with this review. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The END.

Kind of sucked. They could not help me get Google back on my phone. They said they would be blamed if something went wrong. They are not welcoming or pleasant.

Purchased an LG Stylo 6 , March 30 of 2021 . The charging port has issues.The fingerprint doesn't work properly either. It's got a small crack in the screen and LG said that will void my warranty to get the charging port fixed. What good is a warranty ? If the phone has to be perfect condition ? Why leave a negative review ? The money I spent on the warranty was a waste in my case. Boost only wants to sell you a phone. That is all. If it has issues, they pass the buck to LG and then you find out what the warranty you were sold is worthless.Even though this phone has been in a case and had a screen protector on it for its entire existence that I have had it.

We highly recommend Boost Mobile!!! Ramon and William were absolutely wonderful! They were skilled, personable, polite, patient and compassionate! We’re in our 60’s and they spent many hours with us explaining and showing us everything we needed to know while saving all of our photos and contacts to our new upgraded phones. My phone transfer produced many glitches with the long and complicated process but Ramon persevered with his brilliant knowledge and skills while maintaining humor and pleasant conversation. It would have been devastating to lose many precious photos and very time consuming and difficult to replace contact numbers. We are immensely grateful for Ramon and William and this welcoming Boost Mobile store! Sincerely, Bob and Sylvie Nesom
