The customer service and honesty out of this team should leave you looking nowhere else! They were kind and efficient.
Where they could have lied and sold me new tires, but they were honest and repaired a damaged tire. When I do need new tires, I will go nowhere else but this tire shop! Small businesses like this or what America is all about. Not only do they do great work but they give you a hometown feeling that is long gone in society today!

We had a delivery van get a flat nearby and Bob at the shop was excellent. He made sure he had the proper tire in stock and got our van back on the road asap. Truly great service from Bob and the shop.

I am a tourist who visits cape cod once a summer. I was leaving the cape Monday morning - but had low pressure after a screw punctured my tire. I had the spare put on by AAA and took the vehicle to Cape Tire at 7am when they open. From this point on it was a professional ten star experience. I was immediately greeted; I was told they can evaluate the punctured tire for repair or replacement immediately at 8am. I was notified at 830 it could be repaired. And the repair was complete and the car ready to go at 9am. I was clearly told upfront if the tire needed to be replaced it could be done within the day with no appt. Kudos to Cape Tire for knowing I was a tourist and still repairing vs hitting me up for a replacement. That’s honest good business. If you are visiting the Cape and you have an issue - go here!! I may even go there for an oil change while I am on vacation next summer - just because!!! Thanks guys.

Superior staff and excellent technicians.
I was on the road with a new vehicle and a minor problem which these folks solved in minutes, and with an excellent rate.
The sales staff are all about customer care and doing the job right – the first time.
The technicians are professional, detailed, and great to work with.
This seamless shop offers a great experience, proper advice, and competitive rates.
You can bet I will come from out of state – again – when it is time to replace my tires.

Cape Tire was great. I called and inquired about what tires to buy for our Jeep. They asked me several questions and then recommended what would be best for our needs and they were not the most expensive tires. I then set up an appointment and they were fast and did a great job mounting them and balancing. I met the owner a family run business I would highly recommend them. Thanks for your taking care of us.

I went to cape tire to have a tire replaced and was advised that Michelin did not make the tire anymore, so talking with the advisor we came to the conclusion that I should replace all four. The advisor Bob Wallace was very friendly and very very accommodating. Thanks Bob for your help with my issue ! Joe R

Was staying near Hyannis on vacation when we had an issue with our TPMS light. Cape Cod Tire Service was recommended by the front desk clerk at our hotel. They were able to give us an appointment the day we called. My car was being looked at within moments of the scheduled time.
We were reassured our car was safe to drive - no issues with the tires and that we were likely having a computer glitch with the indirect TPMS system communicating with the ABS system, and that we should have it looked at by our home mechanic after our trip.
The whole process took 20 minutes, and I was not charged for their time since there was nothing they could help with. I would have happily paid for taking up a bay, but am appreciative. Clearly a well run and honest establishment that I would wholeheartedly recommend to any other out of towners with tire issues.

These guys are GREAT! They repaired my flat/punctured tire with a plug. I did not have an appointment and was expecting the usual service station wait of an hour and half or more. They got the repair done in about 20 minutes. Swapped out the spare tire ("donut") and ensured that all four tire pressure sensors were working. All the technicians were neat, polite, and eager to assist. Really helpful and no attitude. Highly recommend.
