Dirty, jam-packed aisles that are also not fully stocked. Feels like a building 19 warehouse. Floral shop was pathetic. Too bad.

Still no improvement. My last stop when out shopping after BJ's, Shaw's and Whole Paycheck. We went recently and noticed not a few, not hundreds, but THOUSANDS of cigarette butts amongst the litter that overpowers the space that has the plantings between the parking areas. They will probably have it cleaned up in a few years. Look for the exploding "fresh" salsa or the moldy herbs when you want a little ptomaine for dinner.

Between the trash lining the parking lot and the a** backwards arrangement of isles this place is the most confusing place to shop. The bread is in the middle of the store and the isles don't make sence you have to bounce around the store to find things that should be near each other. Aside from that I recently went in there with a broken finger( in a cast and all) and the woman assigned to the bagging area of self check out stood at the baggin station and did nothing until I finally asked her to move so I could bag my items myself, and she didn't even offer to do her own job

It's a stop n shop, bigger than Marstons Mills but pretty much the same thing. The "international" aisle is much better than others, if you are looking for less expensive spices try Badia. Very good spices at excellent prices!

Terrible dissapointment. The store feels tiny and the aisles are jammed with stands for food that are difficult to maneuver around. The store is dirty already with random wrappers and trash scattered around. Maybe I hit it on an off day but the produce also seemed to be bad. We left and went over to Shaws on 132. That isn't a great store either but the new Stop and Shop is very dissapointing.

NEW store! LARGE store! BUSY store! Just opened abut a week or so ago. Went there to purchase lobsters on sale starting today. Was rudely told by a seafood "clerk", when I asked for 4 cooked, "I don't think I have enough for you. When he counted them, he put thm in a bag, he almost tossed them over the counter and told me it would be a 2 hour wait if I wanted them cooked and to "just take them". Apparently the previously CALLED IN order for 10 that wasn't being picked up until 5pm, was more important than my request at 3pm. On the plus side EVER check out stand was open and no waiting. Regardless, I love my Stop & Shop in Pittsfield better than Hyannis!
