If I could give zero stars I would. The manager of this store is unhelpful, rude, and has no customer service skills what so ever. After that awful experience I went to another Cosmoprof and had a great experience that could not have been more different.

The red head that works there busted out with her step latter to search for products on the top shelf for me! She actually searched the entire store to find options for my clients needs. Sweet experience!!! Way organized store and they had exactly what I hoped was in stock!

The lady with butterfly tattoos on her neck has no customer service skills AT ALL. Very unprofessional and very unfriendly. Seems to be on some sort of power trip...its just cosmoprof, relax lady. Other employees were great! Sorry they have to work under her.
