Waited 45 minutes while one worker was helping another customer, and chit chatting with them knowing I was waiting, finally it was my turn and she took a ohone call immediately and was gone for another 15 minutes. Then when I told her what I wanted (new phone, new line) she refused to help me unless I wanted to buy an android, or drive to Plymouth. She said the store doesn’t sell phones. What kind of a retail store doesn’t sell phones? Overall horrible experience and I won’t be back any time soon. Lost a brand new customer.

Customer service here is ZERO. My phone updated then wouldn't make calls. I lost several hours of work. The young lady tried to help, but was clueless. Called manager twice. Fixed problem, laughed and said "ok, all fixed" What happened to "thank you for your patience" or "so sorry for the inconvenience" ??
I needed a new screen protector and asked for it to be free. All i expected was "hey, can't do that, but I can give you a discount" or even "sorry, no". The manager got angry and said "What? Why?" He was aggressive and is a big guy. He continued to verbally harass me as i walked out. No one should be treated like that.
I don't think that even if I spoke Portuguese, would I have been treated better. Changing phone carriers

While the customer service at the Hyannis location was really nice, the actual “Cricket Wireless Service, is not. Very limited areas where the service actually worked 100%. Sometimes I was even unable to access my bank account. Also, my account was not a contract, however they charged me a $5.00 late fee, one day BEFORE my first payment was due. They refunded that $5 but then charged another $5.00 late fee a few months later, when I was unable to use my phone. They shut my phone off, so why would I owe them a “late fee?” Anyways, I’ve had other carriers and realize this isn’t the best option for a wireless service.

Service is better then boost. Not many locations. If you can't make your payment online that would be the only issue other than that I recommend Cricket 100%. If I had a cricket phone i may be able to me more accurate.I'd happily switch from xfinity to cricket

Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??
