I called 4 times on October 15th 24 I asked for a certain product I was put on hold then they hung up on my call never answered my ? Then I called back kept on the phone for twenty minutes still waiting finally I hung up then I called again a hang up call on there end finally I called back and ask for r store manager s name an also corporate 📞 number which they kept me on the phone for another 15 minutes I doubt I want to business w this company in Hyannis Massachusetts poor customer service at best and the time I called was at their slowest time for business someone needs to retrain their staff won't stay in business long plus whenever I've been in store some of staff act like they don't hear you when I've asked for assistance and I LOVE to shop but many fish in pond I'll take my business elsewhere

Picked up online order. Didn't quite fit. A return was efficiently and quickly processed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place for sneakers and boots. Just wish their on line orders where better organized. I've had incorrect orders sent which can be quite frustrating.

I feel bad give them a bad review but my wife was with my son in the store and one of the lady that work there ask her to shut him off. He is 2 years old. He was playing around. He a kid. No way of talking to someone about my son. A place like this is a disgrace.

Love DSW. Huge selection. Friendly customer service. Prices are fantastic. You get points for donating used good condition shoes and sneakers. Always have good coupons. Highly recommend store.
