The Hyannis Inn is a nice hotel in a great location on Main Street, within walking distance of everything, including several restaurants, shops, the Kennedy Museum, the ferry, and the Melody Tent. The location is incredibly convenient and safe. The staff is incredibly kind, accommodating, friendly, professional, and willing to help. The front desk staff provides friendly and professional service. Rooms are nice and clean, and the hotel has a beautiful indoor pool. Some rooms are smaller than expected but are adequate and include amenities like a refrigerator. The hotel is a bit older, with some renovations ongoing. Some guests noted that outside music can be heard, blinds had pieces missing, and an iron and ironing board in the room would be preferred. Specific whirlpool tub rooms are located inside without an outdoor front entrance, and some beds were found to be hard. Room tidying is done every other day or by request. Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the price, with many guests intending to return.

Oh my gosh , not every day do you find a guess receptionist that is willing to help you . Dena at the front desk when out of her duty to help us . I applaud her for her efforts, thank you and may God blessings be upon you. We need more Dena in this world

Location is great because it is in Main Street. I think the outside music should stop at 10:00pm so hotel guests could sleep/ the blinds had pieces missing. Then staff was nice and the room was clean. I would prefer an iron and ironing board in the room.
