Always had a good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, their cars were always clean and pretty new. I just went on though to rent a car and I am shocked that they are closed on a Sunday? Especially during tourist season? I don't know whoever owns that particular enterprise I thank might be losing out

I started off for a day and was instantly put in a dirty smelly suv but I had to be at work so I ask for different vehicle which they did provide but it wasn’t an suv so then I had extended the agreement through customer service and then again some how they didn’t enter the correct days when they gave me a new vehicle plus they took my 300 security deposit so basically I paid for an uncleaned vehicle that smelled like cigarettes and sand in it then down graded to a new model sedan smh then charged daily it’s just a big mess I want my deposit back. This is the biggest let down as I was gonna use that deposits for 4th of July now I’m with out and my weekend is well you can imagine

The Enterprise team are amazing. They are friendly and efficient and customer satisfaction always comes first. I have used them for years and will continue to have them on speed dial as needed.

Nicholas N. and the rest of the crew were so incredibly helpful after a long day of traveling across the country. They treated me like I was family. Everyone there was hard at work helping customers, and they all did it with a smile on their faces. Great customer service!

I have used Enterprise many times before and have always had great experiences. Love the fact that they bring the car to my location and pick the car up when I am finished with the rental.

Terrible Service I reserved a 15 passenger van for Saturday June 7 I called the Hyannis office to confirm I would have the van on Thursday and they told me I was all set .
Arrived to pick up van and they said they had no vans and no options . Ruined all our plans for the weekend. Do not rent from them

I'd like to give a shout out to the team at Enterprise in Hyannis. My car broke down while visiting my family on the Cape. They quickly go me a vehicle, and I could easily extend my reservation another day when needed. They even gave me a lift to the dealership when my car had been repaired and was ready for pick up down the street. I'd like to say a special thank you to Ivy for excellent customer care. I was so grateful to you all - I got to see my family and get home safely - thank you!

Went in expecting an eco car walked out with an upgrade to a luxury for a few extra dollars. Fantastic service and such a great crew that work there definitely recommend.

Something is very off about this place. I’ve rented 4 cars from these people for the last three month and they refuse to put me in a vehicle my 4th time because my license was” out of state & I was under 25 “ and wouldn’t take my debit card when they did it plenty of times before. The first excuse was my license were out of state and that’s why I couldn’t use my debit and then my friend decided she will just use hers and put it in her name because her license is Massachusetts .. the girl worker was ready to go through with it and process the payment until the manager came along and said she had to be 25 and over and denied her when he heard everything going on and literally said minutes before word to word that we had to have a Massachusetts license to rent a vehicle using debit card... next day I come back with my brother that’s 25 and up and has a Massachusetts license and they denied him as well I’m not sure if it was discrimination or what but they were very unprofessional and from the previous rentals if the two younger boys that work there that literally scanned my licenses as well as my debit card and rented three cars to me .. if that was a mistake because they “didn’t know what they were doing” the manager should’ve communicated that to me instead of lying making it seem like I was making things up when he’s been there before when I rented a car with my license and debit card if their rules and regulations changed since then I should’ve been told that.. and when I asked multiple times if they can go to my accounts and see my debit card that’s on file from previous rentals but they refused .. this enterprise as well as the other one in the airport which is all the same workers are VERY unprofessional and have horrible communication.
