Go anywhere else. Shady straight from manager. Reservations mean nothing. Can’t be late. Waited 25 minutes for a car “to be brought” then “car being fueled across street”. I checked car. 3/4 tank of gas although everyone else going out told full tank. Loads of people returning being charged for fuel. Hmmmmm. Car stunk of cigars. Dings etc but no mention. Bad news bear.

Bussarat, Lewis, and Bill were amazing! I am a regular renter and this crew is the BEST I have ever met! Thanks to Bussarat for the amazingly seamless check-in and Lewis & Bill for answering my questions at check-out. All were very professional and customer service oriented. A++++! (P.S. I hope I spelled Lewis correctly!)

Need to change their hours. No one at the desk before they were supposed to close. Woman on the phone seemed to pretend she couldn’t hear me when I called to let them know the hyline was late getting in and that I would be there just before 6:00

I've waited over 3 months to talk to the regional manager Chris about a misunderstanding. His employees put me on a "do not rent" list over a misunderstanding. I pleaded with Chris to please watch the cameras, as his employees labeled me a thief and my intention was never to steal. Chris hasn't called me back nor I'm guessing watch the cameras. I went to rent a car ( 3 months later) and im still on the "do not rent" list. Emailing corporate for enterprise and Alamo as both companies are now involved.

Usually have a great experience. Issues with this past rental. Slight cigarette smoke odor and had trouble with tire pressure.

Don’t except debit cards but the other place around the corner does makes no sense with the same name that’s like going to McDonald’s in ordering a big Mac but the McDonald’s in around the corner doesn’t

Pretty good service but when I delivered the car at the airport the employee was borderline rude. They promised a Camry and I got a Corolla...just sayin'

Terrible chain. Booked my car a month in advanced and when I arrived they told me they had no cars. They even called to confirm I was coming and what payment I was using when I showed up they had no car!!! The chain closets that had a car was already closing in 20 minutes and I was 40 minutes out. The Falmouth store guy told me he had a doctors appointment and was leaving 5 minutes early so no one would be there. When I also explained my circumstances he asked me if I was done talking yet. Super unprofessional at both locations. I was left without a car my grandmother passed away from cancer and I needed to get there. Thanks for the help enterprise. NOT. TERRIBLE.

Rented car. Did not have correct car in stock. Drove to Boston was given a car with a broken driver side window which then a maintenance light come on. I was told replace car in Chicago with a properly cleaned car. The Manager on duty "did not have time to switch out vehicles, the light is probably due to oil change, was told to contact original store for compensation." Turns out the front tires had needed to be rotated so when we hit storms passed Chicago car nearly went off road three times. Finally got car changed out AGAIN in Colorado. Have contacted branch directly, no response, have contact customer service. Told "I will be contacted within 72hrs." No response. Have tried to send corporate emails of pictures of damage, garbage and pills left in console. Here are both rental agreements for anyone in this company who would like to validate any of this information.947551291And947331232

Needed to get a replacement vehicle due to blowout on rented car that was towed away. Customer Service Escalation Department left 2 messages for the branch to contact me about getting a replacement, no return call from branch. Took Uber to branch location and finally received replacement vehicle from very nice and helpful agent, however I didn't get any paperwork for replacement and was handed the keys to a filthy car. Otherwise, replacement vehicle had a spare tire and was great for the rest of the trip.

Wow- I have to say, all the one star reviews don't surprise me. I needed an insurance rental while my car was repaired, and my insurance company made a reservation with enterprise. I was told a car could be delivered to the shop, then called back to say "oh not, not actually- you'll have to come here". I call the next day after finding a way to get to their location... and "oh no sorry, no cars now" despite a reservation, (thanks manager Jasmine) and available cars listed online. So I made a reservation to get a car from Alamo and called to confirm the availability. I get to the airport to the Alamo desk only to find out that it's the same desk as Enterprise. There a young woman named Emily tells me that Alamo has no cars and "she left a message"- but there is no message on my phone but "sorry!" and a sarcastic "have a wonderful day"! (maybe the same unprofessional blonde from the previous review). After confirming a reservation for the next day which I explained will be tight for me to get there on time, she lets me know "Take your business elsewhere. We're cancelling your reservation". My only question is who wouldn't want to avail themselves of such wonderful customer service! I'll contact the manager tomorrow and update if there is any acceptable resolution- whats your guess LOL? In the meantime, I did learn that most insurance companies will allow you to choose any rental company and will reimburse for ubers and taxis soI guess Enterprise/Alamo should be last choice, at least on Cape Cod. Please notice that my Yelp reviews are 99% 5 star- but some businesses are so bad it seems fair to warn people if there are alternatives.
