Went in for help finding a box to ship my laptop. Waited in line for over ten mins when no one was in there. Eventually a young brown hair girl helped me. She said they have a laptop box with padding for $26 which I didn’t need because it was much too expensive for the use case, so once I declined she was extremely rude to me. I simply asked for a regular box with the dimensions I originally asked for. She was very rude and just said to look at the boxes “over there” by the customers in line. I grabbed the biggest one and noted that it was still not big enough. She could have cared less. She pointed to another shelf where a box similar to the size I needed was. I asked how much and she said it was free in the most rude way possible. I hope her day gets better it’s still early 😝

I needed a package delivered by a certain time and this office assured me it would get there by 10:30 the next day. The package was an hour and 5 minutes late. I was told that the workers were new and that I should have been informed no guramtee over holidays and that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. I went to the corporate customer service and they denied my request to be compensated. What a sad state for a company that makes as much money as they do. No accountability at the store on North Street or corporate. I will never use Federal Express or this shipping office again.

I cannot praise this location enough. They're genuinely the most responsive print shop (on top of everything else they do) I have ever worked with and are always able to accommodate requests quickly and precisely. I would like to personally shoutout Andrew who makes any request, large or small, a breeze.

It wouldn't occur to me that I would write a review of a FedEx online but the gentleman (Rick, I think) who helped me here was SO extremely nice, cheerful, and patient with my annoying order. Unrelated but important I think, a lady with a disability came into the shop behind me, he greeted her by name very kindly and let her know he had something waiting for her, and dashed behind the desk to retrieve a to-go cup of coffee, which he let her know he could warm up if needed. What a delightful encounter in what is usually a mundane chore.
