I needed a package delivered by a certain time and this office assured me it would get there by 10:30 the next day. The package was an hour and 5 minutes late. I was told that the workers were new and that I should have been informed no guramtee over holidays and that they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. I went to the corporate customer service and they denied my request to be compensated. What a sad state for a company that makes as much money as they do. No accountability at the store on North Street or corporate. I will never use Federal Express or this shipping office again.

I cannot praise this location enough. They're genuinely the most responsive print shop (on top of everything else they do) I have ever worked with and are always able to accommodate requests quickly and precisely. I would like to personally shoutout Andrew who makes any request, large or small, a breeze.

It wouldn't occur to me that I would write a review of a FedEx online but the gentleman (Rick, I think) who helped me here was SO extremely nice, cheerful, and patient with my annoying order. Unrelated but important I think, a lady with a disability came into the shop behind me, he greeted her by name very kindly and let her know he had something waiting for her, and dashed behind the desk to retrieve a to-go cup of coffee, which he let her know he could warm up if needed. What a delightful encounter in what is usually a mundane chore.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Andrew for helping my team with last minute-changes and a very urgent delivery. Andrew was patient and incredibly helpful, and because the express truck had just left for the day at this current location, Andrew went out of his way to hand-deliver our package to a neighboring Fedex location to ensure our package's delivery! Even after this, we had to make some last minute changes to our file and re-print, and Andrew patiently helped us with this. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced - I am blown away. Thank you so much Andrew for your professionalism, help, customer service, and above all - your kindness.

Wanted $60 for next day delivery of a letter. $44 for two day am we went with 29 for 2 day PM. I regret not going to UPS or USPO. The kicker was they made me wear a mask after the federal and State have rule not needed. Very militant about it!

I used this location a few years ago to ship important documents and recordings to a customer. The staff was very helpful, and I'm not an easy customer. I carried in loose items and packed them in the store, using my customers account to ship them. Great service, very patient and efficient!

recieved my package, the delivery person has thrown it so hard on the floor that everything on the inside was broken when i opened it. i hate fedex, the worst company.

Spent 20 minutes inside the store just to print one piece of paper, there was nobody also in the store but me and 3 employees, nobody was able to help me, because they were too busy!? Walked out without a document I needed.
