The training is always a great challenge and I especially appreciate that it’s personalized. For any parents out there, the childcare room is the best you’ll find at a gym. The staff is professional and it’s stocked with activities for all age levels. Definitely worth checking out!

The Ninja program and the boxing program are a win win for my son! He gets to get out of his shell, spend time with his peers trying out new things! Coach Jon is attentive, fun, loud and he makes learning fun!My son had a birthday party at ninja and his friends couldn't make it but the owner and some trainers made it worth his while and he was smiling ear to ear! He goes to ninja classes 2/week and now boxing! We are HUGE forte fitness fans!

Their trainer was rude to my 6 year old, she turned her back on him when he was clearly asking her to spot him as he went across high up monkey bars, then walked away. After he was told to get down for not crossing by another trainer, a second boy his age went up and she immediately went over to spot him. When I asked why my son was being treated differently, she had a woman with curly hair come over and they complained he doesn’t listen. I said I was watching and saw him ask for help and her walk away, they said they don’t help them to teach independence. I asked why she helped the next boy, she said she was spotting him. I asked why she didn’t spot mine and she said he didn’t ask! Sorry my six year old isn’t great with semantics games. Also, I explained he had ADHD and was told “everyone has ADHD” I was livid. The owner saw the interaction and did come out and start working with my son. We went one last time and he was treated better, but it’s unsafe to have a trainer picking and choosing which small children deserve to be spotted and which don’t. I’ve heard they have recently been treating other friends of my son like this as well

Great place, the kids love every obstacle course and the staff is amazing. Every birthday party we have attended has been perfect and looking to have our kids party there. We also signed them up for some classes. Wish I could give more stars.

I went here for a birthday party. The set up it cool enough but the staff is extremely rude and uptight. You’re having a birthday party for a bunch of 4-7 year olds lighten up and get a better system so the staff doesn’t have a complete meltdown anytime a kid is standing up at the pizza table.

My son was in need of exercise and I don't know about anybody else but this is my first child first I'm trying to put him in Camp I had no idea how quickly they were booked nor have extensive they were so we settled for this place. They are great with the kids they make them listen they have very cool exercises the kids do to learn balance and focus it's like a pre karate class for kids that are too young for camp. My son is five and absolutely loves it

Wonderful place. Clean place, well staffed, and kid centric ninja classes my son loves. The staff look after each kid and assure a fun, safe, and active learning environment.

Thank you Autumn, John, Alex, and Meredith for making my daughter’s 10th birthday so special! You took care of everything from the pizza to the personalized cupcakes to the incredible playlist! The girls had an absolute blast!

The coaches and staff at Forte Fitness are amazing! My kids love the ninja obstacles, many of which change weekly to keep them learning and challenged. As a parent, it is a joy to see my kids’ confidence and determination increase dramatically every week. The coaches push them to try their best and praise them on their efforts. The high-fives and you-can-do-its make the kids feel great, even if they can’t quite complete the obstacles yet. Forte offers more than just a fun physical activity for kids, they offer grit, determination, confidence and perseverance skills to every ninja who steps in the door.
