I purchased a NEW controller for the Xbox One. I also bought the 3 year replacement warranty, replacement meaning a NEW controller. When I brought my purchase back due to buttons sticking, within 3 months. The store gave me a refurbished controller in it's place! I told the man that I am supposed to get a new one. The man told me, "The company changed their policy and everyone gets a refurbished product!"This company is the worst! Do not trust them! They lie and steal! Anything you want to buy at GameStop, you can get on Amazon. And, usually better prices.

Coming to buy a ps5 and they shut the gate in front of me at 3pm for a break !! Why we shutting down entire stores for 30m. Its going out of business and you can certainly see why

Will be staying far far away from now on. It's funny how major corporate companies like GameStop complain about going out of business, but have policies in place where after buying a product and it's broken out of the box, so the consumer decides to go with a better product that wont break, but refuse to swap out their broken product for a store credit. Just feels an awful lot like companies like GameStop will penalize the consumer for their broken product. Will definitely be going the Amazon or even the best buy in the same mall as not only are their prices better, but their return policy actually makes sense, and the will let you swap out a defective I work too hard to get penalized and not be able to swap out a broken product, THE DAY AFTER PURCHASING IT.

Wonderful store, lots to browse. Excellent employees, very helpful, courteous, and informative. Above all else, extremely patient. Have witnessed vulgar and unreasonable customers attempting to argue with employees, and yet the employees are cool, calm, collected and work hard to satisfy the needs of the general public. There was a woman being hysterically unreasonable about a subscription that they didn't bother to read about but signed up for anyways after buying two games for her boyfriend, and the employees at the time handled the situation aptly and calmly despite the customer going off on them, extremely impressive!! I would rate the store 9/10 and the employees 100/10

Went in to get some new games for my switch. I’m not a big gamer, but the cashier took the time to get to know what kind of games I might like and not like. She was super nice, and a really great help! She also gives great game recommendations. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Dani!!

I never know what games to get my husband for the holidays, but luckily a wonderful cashier- (I believe her name was Dani) helped point me in the right direction! Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient while ringing up me and the others behind me! It's really the little things that make you want to keep coming back and supporting somewhere- and now I can't imagine shopping elsewhere for my gaming-related needs! (I can't wait to tell my husband as well, he usually would shop on Amazon- but not anymore!) We'll be back!

I bought 2 games in the store and the cashier asked me if I want to put my phone number to create a game stop account and I said yes. Almost every stores have points right? But surprise she never explains that I’ll be charged 15 dollars for that. I only noticed it when she gave me the receipt and when I asked about it she said that she assumed I had read the sign. Oh really?! Very unfair situation. I’ll never had sign for that if she had properly and fairly explains to me the fees. I asked to return everything and she told me I would not get the 14,99 back. The situation felt very scammer for me. I left this warning to no one else be ripped off over there.
