After a ridiculously long back and forth with an automated system I was transferred to the garden center line which rang for a while and then ended the call. The same thing happened two more times and then I went to a different store where I could speak with a human being.

Terrible service. They are a terrible store at the Hyannis location. I rented a aerator and they didn't refund me the correct amount and charged me 150$ for 4 hours when it was 80$. Terrible place overall would never recommend taking your business there.

placed an online order went to the store went inside to pickup desk and was refused service by the girl behind the counter saying they don't have time to pull the order and they don't want to pull the order and that ohh we're just too busy they were standing around with hands in their pockets not wanting help. I will NEVER be shopping in this store again I will go to another local store to do my shopping this place needs new employees and a new manager

If you need anything at this store Eddie is your man ! He's amazing, fun, super fast and friendly! In this day and age having an employee that aware of a positive customer service experience is a bonus - he's a keeper Home Depot. The MOD was MIA - and Eddie seemed to know how to run the show and get things accomplished.He and Randall loaded our purchase and helped us when we returned for our second load. Shook our hands thanked us, and we them. These 2 are fabulous!

Ok if you are a casual do-it-your-selfer, don't go near this place or you will never ever try another dyi project again. If you are a professional, yes but check first because they are almost always out of what you want. Rental department, however, is new and very well stocked. Anyone else? Unclear but it is the only big box store on the Cape and it is a lot cheaper than the other lumberyards. Service is non-existent, staff is pretty clueless, aisles are full of huge carts of stuff no one seems to want to unload...I want to see my therapist after going there! Upside, Whole Foods next door, Lukes Liquor nearby, and Chick Fil-A is across the street. Strongly suggest you are hungry and need a drink before going to this husk of a store!

I have been a faithful customer of Home Depot since they opened their stores in Massachusetts. I have been shopping at the Hyannis store for the past three years and I have to say the service at this store is horrible. If you have an issue with an order don't bother calling as they either won't pick up or disconnect you. Going into the store is not much better as their customer service employees have an edge. Defiantly not customer focused. Luckily a local lumber store just opens a new lumberyard in Yarmouth. I won't have to deal with the BS at the HD any longer.

Do not order cabinets from them. Find somewhere that can figure out how to get them to the destination before they fall apart. The first two cabinets had major damage. Waiting on the third one to arrive at the store 20 days from now. This has taken us two months to get the cabinets. Home Depot will blame the vendors and the vendors will blame Home Depot.

I drove 45 minutes to get to the Hyannis store and got there at 8:40 AM. When I got there the Items I came for were on a pallet high on a shelf. I asked two different associates if there was a way to get them down. They went looking for a fork lift driver and said there should be one after 9:30 so I waited. At 9:45 there wasn't a driver and it turns out there wasn't going to be one today. I've spent $10,000 there in the last two years, not anymore. How do you not have at least one forklift driver all the time. There were plenty associates walking around that couldn't help. Waste of three hours.

new parking lot is a shit show. i e been waiting for "pro" curbside service for at least 20 mins and i've seen so many near misses and many upset drivers. glad there is a home depot on the cape but they just redid the store and it's still horrible to shop here.

A new lease on life. This store in Hyannis has undergone quite the transformation. Though I am still trying to figure out where things are in the massive remodeling that was done, I am impressed with almost every sales associate you meet saying "hello" and asking if they can help.You still need to be wary of certain products, especially Behr paints, but the decision of what to carry is obviously corporate. This store as a whole has done a great job rising up from what it used to be.Keep it going.

I went here recently to purchase some paint brushes and polyurethane. When I asked the lady at the paint desk where I could find those, she simply said "um, right there?" as if I was an idiot. Neither were in fact, "right there". When I finally located them in the complete opposite area several minutes later, I asked her if another brand would do the job, as they were out of the brand I wanted. She again, looked at me as if I were an idiot, and said "um, yes?". I will not be returning to this store and it's a shame that such miserable people work here. Get off your high horse lady, you're in your 30's and still work at Home Depot.

This Home Depot is under construction, so I understand things are in flux, but the staff was so unhelpful. First off I wanted to get some keys made....not a staff person in sight so I gave up. I finally found an older woman. I asked if she knew where tool belts were. All she said was " nope" and walked off. Really? First off, that's a common thing and secondly, you couldn't help me find them? Numerous employees standing around talking in the front, not one to help though. The store is way too spread out now and disorganized. I'll drive to the one off Cape. Very disappointed.
