This place IS NOT worth your time. Cheap tools for cheap money. People ALWAYS return items here. Every sale seems forced on you. Buy this and get that. Mind controlling people for cheap crap. Go somewhere else for great items. When returning an item you don't get you're money back. You get a store credit!!! Are you serious?

Great associate at the register. Friendly & helpful. Well stocked store. My only criticism is that the American Flag on sale should be Made in USA, versus the ones Harbor Freight sells which is made in China.

I generally appreciate HF bit their online shopping service is in need of attention. I ordered plant lights and entered my PO Box for delivery. Did not realize they don't ship to a PO Box so why accept the address? FedEx had my package in limbo for over a week. I placed a 2nd order on March 1st. Entered my home address for delivery and selected "Express" shipping for faster delivery which is noted as 2-4 days. I called Customer Service and was told they would do a one-time shipping fee refund but I would have to call back when I receive the tracking notification. Well, it's the end of the day (March 4th) and according to my online account, the order is still being "processed."I understand my order was placed on a Friday, but one would think Express Mail customer orders would be processed quickly.EXPRESS MAIL? REALLY?SMH

Love this store. The Inside Track membership paid for itself on my first purchase and has been a huge savings since. I wish their app were better, but you can't have everything.
