Staff was great and very helpful with all the constructions and moving departments around.

but there was a huge list including an air conditioner. of course I couldn't find anything because they moved everything around. One specific thing I was looking for was a towel rack that would hang over the door. And the service rep told me it's in the garden center! after wandering the aisles for a half hour looking for the other things on my list, I gave up and walked out empty-handed

If you have a reputable appliance dealer to buy from don't buy any appliances from Home Depot. Purchased a GE Gas stove first two were junk, hopefully the third stove will be acceptable. Absolutely no quality control.

I use Home Depot in Hyannis on a regular basis because of service and product availability. But, very disappointed today, went there to buy a washer and possibly a dryer. The kitchen and appliance section was closed, no one there to help. No idea why, but I’ll leave up to everyone’s own thoughts on the issue.

It was horrible! My wife, who happens to be black was accused of trying to pass a fraudulent card for no reason what so ever. She has had a Home Depot card in good standing for many years. She was taken to the back office as if she had done something criminal. She happened to be the only black customer in the store. No wonder..... never going back. Would like an apology.

Bad customer service. In the end they ended up charging my twice for the same purchase and wouldn’t help fix the problem. Shop elsewhere!

Coming in, I was happy to be greeted so kindly by the man at the door. And the lady who assisted on our way out, since my mother has issues with walking. But I was not happy with the girl who failed to help us as we were in the store. We came to find some plastic sheets to put on our new rugs to keep them safe and my mom wanted a workers' opinion as to which ones she should buy. When she asked the girl if she was able to help us, at first she just looked at my mom, and then came over clearly unhappy. My mom told showed her an image of the screenshot she took on her phone, with the rugs and the measurements right next to them. My mom only got to say, "So I bought these rugs-" and was immediately cut off by the girl that the rugs are in a completely different section and emphasized that we were in the section "For. Painting. This is. The. Painting. Section." We got it. Needless to say, I didn't appreciate the continuation of the way she spoke with us, "Fine. Okay. Well then. Whatever." And walked away. When I first came in I was happy. That employee took our experience to a whole 180. Thank you to the other two nice employees.

Don't put returned items on the shelf without checking to see if all parts are there. This is the third time I have purchased something to find out we were missed essential parts. The last was a Delta faucet that once opened was obviously returned and then found out there were missing parts that were necessary for completing the installation. I am now paying the installer extra for his time and hassle as he volunteered to return the faucet for me. The old one could not be put back in and the water is off in the house so absolutely needed the new faucet today!

we ordered a stove on homedepot .com and the specs were incorrect, one of the managers (Josh Baker) took ownership of the issue and completely resolved it for us. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything had processed. His customer service was impeccable.

Not one person at a register, all self checkout. I don't work for Home Depot. do your job.

Marko in the paint department informs me that Home Depot does not sell exterior navy blue deck paint or any colors other than limited Behr paint products. Quite the attitude on the old bird. He clearly doesn't know his stuff and is ornery about it. Just an FYI. Try Sherwin WIlliams for your paint needs and don't count on Home Depot to be of any kind of service. Gui in the Sherwin Williams Hyannis store was extremely helpful and guided me to the products I needed for my deck.

I had to return a couple of wrenches - my son has been trying to find the correct size for a hard to reach bolt. The woman at the desk barely greeted me, grunted a few times, and seemed more annoyed to have to be doing something than happy to help. When I asked where in the store I would find the wrenches her only response was “hardware I supposeâ€. When I asked the man in the aisle about a size his response was “we don't carry thoseâ€. No offer of assistance. I made my own se

I read all the reviews and I must say after reading I will probably stay away from the LG appliances!! My experience was in the paint department with a gentleman named Jim and he was Fabulous! He was as busy as busy could be. While mixing paint he was telling people where to find items and I appreciated him acknowledging that he saw me and would be with me when he finished up with the order he was working on. He was extremely polite, very helpful and gave me an upgrade of paint because the paint I wanted was not in stock. This is what I call GREAT customer service. I have three more rooms to paint and I will be heading back to see Jim at Home Depot!
