I felt as though the people of war friendly, my taxes were done correctly, they explained everything to me in detail so I understood what was going on. However, only complaint I would have is that the charges for doing the taxes are completely outrageous!!!

Thank you for such efficientcy preparing my tax return. However, it would have been nice if you had told me that new customers get $25.00 off. There are no signs and no one says a word. Being on a tight budget and "no refund" coming my way, perhaps you could send me a check?? Thank you.
