Tried to get some work done there, simple job putting an American flag inside the grill of my jeep, never called me back, when I called them,they told me they could not get the part and would not use the one I could supply , not to worry, I won't go back there.

Brought my vehicle in to address some minor damage to my bumper (that I drove with for a few weeks prior to bringing it in as my car functionally was fine). Was told it should take a week. Ended up taking 2 weeks before receiving my car back. I drove my car and felt as though things were off, but assumed it was due to me not driving in my car for 2 weeks. Ended up on the highway and realized my calipers were sticking causing me to shake and producing a lot of smoke. This problem began coincidentally right when I received my car back. Really hate to blame others for problems, but I had zero issues prior to taking it in. The body work seems like it was done well and the staff seemed nice, so thats why it’s not 1 star. I just dont trust other issues wont arise when bringing it in.

Selected Hyannis Collision since they were a preferred auto body shop for my insurance ( MAPRE). My Toyota Rav4 needed a new rear window and a new rear wiper assembly. I was very pleased with the entire process and HIGHLY recommend them. They were very helpful, friendly, easy to work with, and they completed the repairs very quickly. My car looks brand new. Thank you very much Hyannis Collision!

Thanks to Hyannis Collision for speedy and friendly help today when my gas cap was stuck closed, preventing me from refueling my car. I just walked in without an appointment and they were helpful and nice, fixed it quickly. Appreciate it!

My insurance company suggested Hyannis Collision, and I wasn't that thrilled about traveling to Hyannis. I am glad I did. These guys are terrific from start to finish. Fantastic, friendly and professional communication. They handled the communication with the insurance company. They arranged a pickup and drop off of a rental car while my car was being repaired. They did a perfect job on the repair of a great big front hood dent, it is like brand new. (If there's an open parking spot very close to a Cape Cod baseball league game, well there's a reason that spot is open:) They even vacuumed the inside and washed the outside of my car! Cannot recommend them enough.

Honest, logical, and friendly. I stopped in for an estimate to fix a drooping rear bumper cover. The gentleman behind the counter came out to take a look, gave me an honest opinion that it was a simple fix I could complete myself, and even walked me through the process of how to do it. I'm no expert, but I completed the job in about 20 minutes. He gave me peace of mind and a feeling of trust that they'll do right by me in the future. I'll be back for sure for all of my bodywork needs!

Best local place to get your vehicle fixed. My Nissan pickup tailgate was crushed and they made it like new. They have helped me numerous times with other vehicles over the years.
