We recently moved back to the Cape after 15 years and needed a storage unit for misc items. After doing some research, we found Sun Stoarge. The prices were affordable. We came in and meet with Shelley, who was wonderful. She let us see a unit before we decided on the size. The process was super easy! They even offer a discount to prepay ahead. We highly recommend this place.

I would give O starts if I could. Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. You have to move in between 9 am and 430 pm Mon-Friday. When I asked about Saturday, I got the snarky answers, we are not open on Saturdays like I was asking the most absurd question. Dont go here unless you prefer to deal with rude staff. I'm stressed enough to be in between houses and having to move my things to storage. So, I went to Prime Storage, as soon as I made a reservation online, I got a call explaining the process and move in is until 6 pm. The difference in treatment was night and day, all my things are moved in and the best part Prime Storage seems to know what good customer service means.

Rented from June-August 2023. When I came back at the end of August there was water pooled on the floor, mildew damage on my things, and mouse droppings. I was told by the company that this was my fault for not purchasing renters insurance. Needless to say, do not rent here unless you want your things destroyed.

If anyone bought Units B005/B-006 in auction on 12/12/2019 and still has any of the personal possessions, I would be SO grateful to hear from you. There were SO many irreplaceable items in there such as family heirlooms and baby pictures and unfortunately it was impossible to save them at that time. Thank you in advance!! 857-746-9728.

I'm a long-term customer. I'm extremely comfortable with my property stored here. The new owner, Shelley has done major repairs and improvements from previous owner. Prices are very reasonable and add outstanding customer service by Shelley, guaranteed when you walk through the door, it's a great feeling and safe and secure facility.

Called Sun Self Storage for information about renting a facility and was appalled by the treatment of the person who answered. She was curt, very short with answers to my questions and basically made me feel I was not welcome. I realize this is a difficult time, but now feel I will never do business with them in the future. Totally unprofessional.
