Most of the time this store has great service but today walked in around 2pm. Went and got two items and was waiting in line for about 5 minutes. One person working the register who was helping a customer as they tried on items in line. Another older woman was working and walked by 3-4 times, looking at me each time, and when finally asking is there someone else working? She continues to walk and rudely says “I will go get someone from the back for you.” She looked like a manager which hopefully is not true. Are managers or all employees trained to check someone out? While she waked to the back I put down the two items, walked out, and the store lost sales. I will most likely now be ordering online instead of purchasing in store which I did enjoy more.

It’s hard to walk into a store and not have anyone try to help you or at least fake some level of friendliness or desire to work, but this J Crew has figured it out. Hard to want to spend money when the staff is indifferent.

They sent me a poison spider (yellow sac spider) in their cardboard box and I got bitten. The box was sent from this location.I love their clothes, but better do pest controll your warehouse for such an expensive brand. What a shame.

Pretty typical experience for a J. Crew location in any mall I've ever visited. I was visiting the Cape not too long ago & rather than burden myself with laundry like the peasantry, I thought I'd just buy some new socks & underwear. Found some fun patterns in my size & the checkout was pretty quick. Didn't need to interact much with staff beyond that & didn't really browse for anything other than what I was looking for.

Olivia was quite helpful in guiding me to the right sizes and necklines for T-shirts and tank tops which varied from style to style.

The selection in this location is ok. Obviously not a big store due to its location but it does in a pinch. The people are always professional and courteous but every once in awhile you catch them in a conversation with each other and you feel like you're bothering them. Not a big deal but not what you come to expect from J. Crew

Recent staff changes have made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. The store however does not stock all sizes in all styles forcing online shopping... get it together j crew!
