Worker or owner is so rude!!! He knocked something down or did something, i turn around , he tells me mind my business! Forgive me for making sure you're alright, guess I actually won't! Lmfao! Do not give your service to these people, they don't deserve your money.

Very rude guy behind the counter had no customer service skills at all. I asked him about getting a hat made and he cut me off saying “I don’t give time frames, I just call you when I get it done”
It would be fine for people who live close by but his attitude and the inability to give even a roundabout timeframe means you lost a customer. From the reviews it seems like they are losing more and more…

Bought a hat and had it embroidered. Like 10 hours later I wanted to have one more word embroidered on it. Told them I'd be willing to pay the $18 again but said no I would have to buy another $45 hat and start over. No way. $45 to add one line on something I bought less than a day ago. If you're trying to drive away customers this will do it as I don't think I'll be purchasing anymore custom apparel here. I want to make this clear I do not blame the employee as he was very helpful this is a comment against lids as a corporation being super greedy

All I wanted to know was if they had a specific font available for a custom hat that I had gotten from a lids years ago that I unfortunately lost at a performance of mine. I loved it and wanted to remake it in the same design font. The guy working was extremely rude and seemed like he didn't even care to answer my question and just wanted me to get out of his store.Definitely lost a customer cause of that.

No one answers the phone and this location closes when it wants too! Good job Lids, I’ll drive to any other location than this one. When you are able to get in the store, the customer service is a big fat goose egg. This place reminds me of a kindergartner’s birthday party at a jumpy place full of sugar.

The guy working this afternoon was such a expletive to me he caused every other costumer in the store to leave shocked he still has a job there I mean I know people are desperate for employees but this guy is better suited working the gates of hell...this is why people use Amazon.

My boyfriend and I walked into here in the hope of finding a hat. The man at the counter looked up and looked down. For the rest of our experience, he made no eye contact and didn’t even try to help. We asked him how one figures out the size hat they need and instead of answering, gave snarky remarks and made us feel extremely unwelcome. We don’t associate this behavior with the whole Lids store, just this individual. We can clearly see his values and the difference in the way he treats certain people. Will not be returning.
