Painless. Appreciate the electronic appointment and communication system. It's not always easy to get on the phone at work. The full component inspection with pictures is a nice touch to see parts of your car that aren't easily accessible and gives you an idea of repairs to plan for down the line.

I had an exceptional experience with Devon, he had great communication and was able to get our ambulance in the shop to be evaluated very quickly and had the large repair done the same day getting the truck back in service. I could not have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend the business to others.

From initial phone call to completed all four wheels brake rotors and pads was 3 hours on Christmas Eve day. Hyundai has a software that can prevent work being done but this experienced group immediately accessed the requirements without issue.
Friendly, QUICK and of course, talented work saved the day for my son’s car with a severe brake situation. Of course I should mention 60% cheaper than the local dealer cost!

Highly recommend Lou’s Auto Muffler & Brake in Hyannis. My husband is a former mechanic and very knowledgeable about auto repair, so we don’t say this lightly. This shop always does top-shelf work. They fit you in as quickly as possible, work efficiently, and complete repairs when they say they will. The prices are fair, the service is fast and honest, and the quality of work is excellent.
