lots of stuff but the workers are extremely rude i got yelled at by one for no reason, and the place is dirty there’s dirt everywhere, the dressing rooms smelled so bad, so i won’t be returning

extremely slow. employees move like snails. only 3 registers open, with tons of employees standing behind the counter and just watching as the line gets longer and longer. Should not have people working in a high pace environment if they cannot check one item out in shorter than 5 minutes.

walked in today expecting the usual, just getting a blanket and leaving; but I was met with the best customer service I’ve had since moving. The employee, Trey I believe his name , was the most kind young man I’ve ever met, even on his first day he did an amazing job ringing me up and making me smile. I almost never review but I would just like to thank marshall’s for hiring such a kind soul. Keep up the good work - Glenn

Shopped here a few times. They have great deals. The staff is friendly and willing to help, however they do not have a family bathroom and i was not able to have my husband help me change my child. The staff was nice. She at least was able to supervise the bathroom while my husband and i set up, but i had to clean a blow out on a baby thats moves around a lot by myself. That is a very challenging task. My recommendation is to make a family bathroom.
