Bill at the Hyannis store was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated not feeling pressured into a purchase and for his guidance with certain things. I did end up purchasing a bed; he found me exactly what I was looking for and an incredible deal! Very happy with my experience here and excited for my bed to arrive! Will be referring friends and family here for sure!

I walked into the store for the second time within three months. Both times there was not even an associate in the show room. Both times they were working outback. They knew I was in the store, but obviously did not care. I will never ever go back, and they will never get my business.

Had a great experience here, Bill Collins was extremely helpful helping me my wife choose a new bed and adjustable frame. He took his time and explained everything to us. He even stayed late to help us out. I highly recommend mattress firm in Hyannis and definitely recommend you try to work with Bill, he's the man :-)

My wife and I went to the Hyannis store, #173029. We were greeted by Bill Collins. Bill introduced himself, and was extremely courteous, very professional and knowledgeable on all the products on the floor. He guided us , and made sure we chose the correct mattress for our needs.

A very pleasant shopping experience. The salesman, Alan, was very helpful without pushing us at all. He gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision and didn't try to push us into getting something we didn't want or need.

Looked online.. Saw cheap bed for emergency. Showed clerk bed frame I wanted. He got it.Told him I needed a cheap mattress to go with it. He gave me 2 options to try out.He checked me out & carted it out to my truck, assisting me with the load in.It was fast & cheap. He couldn’t have been more helpful!

I think our timing was good, but we were in and out of there in a half hour. Bill was terrific and understood our needs and didn’t try and give us as heavy sales pitch. They were very accommodating as well.

Bill Collins is an outstanding salesman. He thoroughly knows the mattress that me and my wife where interested in. He also explained in great detail the makeup and differences is the mattresses we tried out. We had looked in several other stores, but we decided to buy from Mattress Firm because we learned more about the products than anywhere else.?
