“We had bought a mission chair at Macys years ago that we still love, and wanted to get another one. Found that one & an even more attractive one in a lighter color that matched our decor. Went to the store & tried it out.
Lori Kerrigan was our saleswoman & she was terrific. The entire process of purchase to delivery was excellent; clear communications & everything was exactly as it had been promised. The delivery team emailed & texted the day before + when the truck was on its way to our house. Lori even checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy.
