I have only had great experiences at the Midas in Hyannis! Brier does a phenomenal job explaining everything and talking me through the needs of my car. Highly recommend coming to this Midas. These guys here care about getting you back on the road as safe as possible. Will come back for future needs. 100/10 recommend!

After they diagnosed the car they told me I’d have to wait about 1.5hours for the brake pads and rotors to be completed. $1.4K and 4hrs later I was finally able to leave. Nice enough people working there but I would have left and done other things in the meantime. Highly disappointed and likely won’t return

They got me in quickly, gave my vehicle a thorough evaluation, & called me with their findings before proceeding with any work. My vehicle had several issues which were clearly explained in a very understandable way. I was given several options, along with the associated costs, & didn't feel rushed to make a quick decision. Needed parts were then ordered & quickly delivered to the shop, & my vehicle was repaired by the end of the same day, as promised. The 3 employees I interacted with were very personable, & everything seems fine with the repair work that was completed.

Team was swamped and still took the time to change the tire on the car I had towed in the night before. Highly recommend. Saved our vacation. Matt Brilliant and his team couldn’t have been better.

Had a 4 wheel break job done about 15000 miles ago that cost me 1200 dollars. Just had to have another one done when rotors went and pads wore down which cost 1050.00 Don't drive the car much about 8000 miles a year. Don't know why this happened and Midas couldn't really explain it so I do question the quality of Midas replacement parts. The service was good and they repaired the brakes quickly so that's a plus. I do think think Midas should warrant the parts for 25000 miles or 2 years which ever comes first. I think next time I will get some more estimates before completing the work.

I was in a bit of an emergency while on vacation at Cape Cod. My rear wheel seized up when the parking brake assembly deteriorated. Midas took my car in immediately and resolved all of the issues within 2 days. And the service manager, Matt Brilliant was great to work with. Well done Midas!

I came to visit my parents for the weekend and noticed an issue with my brakes. So I took a day off work and called Midas in the morning asking if they’d be available to do a brake replacement and oil change by the end of the day, knowing odds weren’t great. The service manager, Adam, was an unbelievably helpful person. He told me if I brought in, he would get it done by the end of the day. Well, turns out I needed brake calipers too. And Adam and the amazing team over at Midas Hyannis still managed to make sure my car was fixed and I was able to return home that night.
A totally and wholly satisfying experience, would return, will recommend to others.
