Very disrespectful to customers. Tech was argumentative over connecting seatbelts for an inspection and was never told to do so.
Do yourself a favor and go to any other shop.

I went for a state inspection. I was serviced right away and the owner, Richard, was very kind! The inspection was quick and I was on my way. I will absolutely be back here next year!

Owner can’t hear and he’ll yell at you for following the instructions posted on their signs, can’t hear what you’re saying. Avoid for state inspections. Go to BJ Gas nearby for cheaper gas and better service

Convenient to the ferry for vehicle inspection however the man managing the station was unpleasant to the point where I will not return, for inspection or even gas. I was helping my 80 year old mother get her car inspected and even she commented on how rude he was. After watching him interact with several other customers, I came to two conclusions: he is an equal opportunity grump - men, women, old, young - he did not discriminate who he doled out his surly attitude to; and he seemed mostly frustrated answering basic questions he surely gets day in and day out at the station. Sir, its clear you’re unhappy but please consider not taking it out on your customers.

There’s a bigger guy, who is so rude, for no reason. His attitude is awful and he’s so stuck up for being a gas station employee. I had good experiences here with the previous employees but not him.
