Nantucket Sound has been our go-to for all things AV since buying our home on The Cape 13 years ago. They are reliable and knowledgeable as well as neat and efficient. Can you pay a little less elsewhere? Maybe, but they provide a service, not a commodity. They respect your time. On a recent project, Dan came just to make sure the installation was as promised, just back from a medical issue that probably should have kept him tethered to the office. Meanwhile our salesperson, Ken called during and after the installation to make sure all went well. The owner, Sanjay came to make sure the Eero system was optimized!

Not If It Were the Last place on EarthWe had a horrible experience with them. Charged $200 just to come out and wanted an additional fee to resolve the problem.Look elsewhere‼️✅My response to their response…So it’s standard business practice to rip people off❓❓

I called Nantucket Sound to upgrade our video conferencing system and tasked them (but did not think it was possible!) to install the equipment before our next monthly Board of Directors meeting. As a local fiber optic Internet provider, we needed high quality equipment and wanted to support local small business. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with the entire team from the quote process to installation. Task completed! Great job! THANK YOU!!

I've been a customer for a couple of years and their responsiveness and work used to be great. I am having a problem with a system that they repaired and I have called and emailed 4 times over the past week and a half and have not received any response at all. Very disappointing - the people that worked there previously are no longer there...

Exactly the kind of place you want to go to so you can get the information you need. We went in looking for a very particular audio solution and they had 3 different ways to tackle the problem, and talked us through the different options. So worth the trip!!

I've been buying equipment from Nantucket Sound since 1981 and have ALWAYS been impressed. Sometimes the excellence of a company is not just when things are perfect from day one, but when they take the extra effort to correct any issues. My recent purchase involved a couple components that had problems. The NS guys spent considerable time trying to correct the component issues and ultimately decided to help me by offering up a different equipment setup. They discussed it with me, I agreed, and they came to re-do the setup. Everything is now great. I will absolutely, completely, without hesitation, go to them first over anyone else for audio/video service. As long as they're in business, I'll be their happy customer!

The technician, Scott, came out and solved our problem!!!He was awesome. Thank you so much. I can now listen to my favorite radio station. Couldn't get it on a regular radio. I am a happy camper!! He worked very to hard to get us connected, went over and above to solve the problem getting the Sonos Speaker to connect. FYI if you have Comcast Business it's not easy to connect, beware!

Almost just tboned one of their drivers after they pulled out Infront of me from a stop sign without looking, he didn’t seem to care at all he almost just caused an accident. Ended up locking my breaks and nearly drove into the woods. If you even see license plate W16 190 beware!!

All around great operation. Really know their stuff, and deal in quality components and audio/internet architectures. I worked with Bill and Chris - both consummate professionals. They did an original installation 8-10 years ago, and after a recent lightning strike knocked out some components, just did an update. My upload/download speeds are now about 10x faster, reach is better, and whole system is more reliable. Just the right design and excellent installation.

Recently we had several projects with wifi and TVs that Nantucket Sound tackled for us. We couldn’t be happier. The projects were evaluated, a plan given to us ( with reasonable pricing), and the work was scheduled. The technicians arrived on time, were highly professional, clearly knew their stuff, and answered all of our questions. They did a thorough job. We are so happy our neighbors referred us to Nantucket Sound. I’ve had questions along the way- and some additional requests- and have always received the help needed. One of the best parts is that real people answer their phones!!
