Horrible customer service, Jim just gives attitude for no reason. I've been left on hold for a half hour and immediately hung up on when they picked back up, parts delivery usually is a next-day thing, even if I order it at 10 AM. It always feels like pulling teeth just to get a part ordered. I'll keep using Advance Auto and use this place as a backup, don't deal with these guys unless you REALLY need a part!

Went in on Saturday afternoon. It was not a pleasant experience. I got treated incredibly rudely. When I asked why he was being so unbelievably rude, he replied "I'm not". Not even even an apology. When I told him I wouldn't buy from that Napa and left my item on the counter he couldn't have cared less.As I was leaving he told me to have a nice day. I won't be back!

Store is always open on time. Employees are knowledgeable, professional and care about the customers. Prices are better than Amazon and the rest of the auto stores around the area.

Horrible customer service!!! I went to buy a batterie for my car, I was paying with Apple Pay this too really old guys didn’t know how to use it! I didn’t have my card and it was a emergency, so I tried and took $180 from my account and they said that my card didn’t work, I showed the receipt and they said it was my problem. Really sad, Such jeks!

They do not scan to see what is wrong with the car. Which is interesting because the NAPA in my hometown does. Beware.

No customer service, claim not to carry specified parts, but their inventory is online so when you call them out the get upset like a baby. I've been repairing vehicles for over twenty years, their is a reason those guys are behind the counter, they are not mechanics, and should stop giving horrible advice to actual mechanics, that would in danger my customers. I'll stick my usuals, avoid Napa in Hyannis, orleans Napa are way better.

Horrible service. The guy swore at us when I told him we had $5 off of the price. Proceeded to slam things around and said he didn’t know how he was going to fix it. He did fix it! We sent a complaint in to the company and called the number they sent us, but no call from the district manager! Absolutely rudest man I have ever had in a store. What a j**** Needs to be fired!

The absolute worst service. I went in for them to check my battery for me. Kind of seemed strange that I saw the older white guy just sitting at his computer playing on it with no1 to service for 5+minutes, before he said "next customer", but I let that go and waited patiently for 1 of the other 2 associates to be done. Then when I walked over to his cashier spot and asked if he could check my battery for me, his response was "it depends. if the battery is here or if the battery is in your car, you have to shut ur car off and be able to restart it on ur own because we don't jump start" and said it like he was talking down to me. Ummmm, ok. I said that I could restart it. So he grabs his kit, doesn't say a word to me, goes outside, wants for me to pop my truck, hooks up his machine , tells me, "yea, it's your battery, there's no connection in it", unhooks his machine and walks back in the store without another word. I was blown away by the rudeness and absolute no regard for customer service whatsoever. I didn't even have time to thank him, he left my truck so quickly. He didn't ask about getting me a new battery, nothing. It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at the Napa on Bearses Way in Hyannis, MA. I would never go there if you want great customer service from that dude. He was rude, unprofessional, and I'd rather jump off my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in their parking lot than go back and get a battery and ask for help there.

Absolutely useless. Walked in a 4:40 and the two older gentleman on the left rolled there eyes when I asked for a hydraulic line. The sign says there open to 5, and the door says you make hydraulic lines. What’s the problem?! I spend a substantial amount of money here for my business but will be going elsewhere.

Went in for grease fittings today and wasn’t sure what size I needed because my trailer didn’t have any to compare with. When I inquired about trying a couple out to see what ones fit and explaining the situation, he rolls his eyes at me and has an attitude about having to go outside to my trailer to see what ones work so I told him to forget it and save his attitude for his personal life. I was there for a bunch of other items too but I did not purchase and I will never buy from this store again.Ended up going to auto zone and got the right fittings without difficulty. I never thought I would put autozone over NAPA but here we are...
