The staff is always so nice and very welcoming. We enrolled our puppy in the puppy training classes and the trainer Steph E. is absolutely wonderful. Our stubborn puppy graduated all three puppy classes, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. We love Steph so much we signed up for the Brain Games Training. I highly recommend having your puppies/dogs trained by Steph-private sessions and/or in a class. Corporate...Steph E. is an asset to your company!

I have always went there on occasion for their grooming services although their grooming staff can be a bit unwelcoming at times and a couple of them seem like they do not enjoy their job. There is one young lady that I wish I knew her name (she is on the shorter side, brunette, and hispanic I think) she was the sweetest out of all of them and she actually seemed like she was happy doing what she does.
My dog is very comfortable with other people and she doesn’t mind being groomed, I have never once had any groomer tell me that she gave them a hard time or anything of that sort. I have groomed her myself multiple times and she does not even whine or look uncomfortable. However, according to one groomer over there, not even 5 mins after dropping my dog off yesterday, she called me back saying that we can reschedule because my dog bit her (which is just hilarious to me). I think the main reason she did that was because I called an hour earlier and asked if can push my appointment 30mins because traffic was crazy. Although they agreed to do so, when I got there @4:30, the groomer mentioned that it will take her till 7:00 to finish and I did not have any problem with that (they really never take that long, I think she said that in hopes that I would change my mind and reschedule because that is what she offered later). Like I said, not even 5 mins after, she calls me back saying that my dog bit her as she was trying to take her collar off and we are going to have to **reschedule**…
Now, I am not writing this to be disrespectful, I have worked in the ❤️ of the service industry for 4 years now and I just wish that they had better customer service skills over there. I am just writing to say that if she didn’t want to take me at a later time, she could have said so and I would have been totally fine with rescheduling. And I know my dog, if she had problems and she bit people before, I would admit it and warn the groomers about it. She has never done anything of that sort and she gets a groom every month…now if she did “bite” her it was probably more of like a play bite cz she was maybe doing something that bothered her. But to call me in an annoyed voice saying that my dog bit her (making it seem like she hurt her) is just not realistic to me. Just hoping for a little more honesty and better customer service skills from their staff. ?And to the sweet lady with the nice smile, you are great!! Keep doing what you do! I wish I remember your name because I wouldn’t schedule my appointment with somebody else?

I put in a mobile order for two things. I never received a email that it was ready after 3 hours. When I called, they put it together but it took forever. I usually mobile order, and there’s always some issue. I think it’s time to go elsewhere.

The worst experience. They were rude, unprofessional and did NOTHING I asked. My dog was dirty before we even left the place. They didn’t listen to anything I said about my dog who had anxiety. They gave him no water and kept him for close to 6 hours to only bathe him. I do not trust them with animals and I would stay as far away as possible to letting them care for or touch your beloved pet. It was appalling to be treated by nasty people working in the grooming area, the cashier lady was very nice and could see how upset I was. I wanted my money back or part of It and they refused. I believe It was Jessica who was in charge of my dog and she was nasty to me, rude, condescending, and scared my dog. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM.

Ive gotten numerous hamsters from here, although in the past the robo dwarfs have died abruptly after exactly 13 days... But the guinea pigs I've gotten have been lovely. So sweet and they live long lives. The staff are always very friendly too. Heres of photo of my newest pig from them "Frank"
