A terrific place to buy a car ... and a DISASTER for service. Promises made, but never kept. Slipshod work. High bills. No sense of responsibility. I would NEVER take a car here.

I have purchased many cars over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Kevin Sanders found exactly the model that we wanted and made the experience actually pleasurable. There were no extra charges or add-ons. I can recommend this dealership without reservation.

First time having my Mazda 3 serviced. Service dept. employees were cordial, wearing masks. Car was ready sooner than expected, Bryan called to let me know I could come back to get the car. All in all, an excellent service experience.

Zach Pasrsons was awesome! We had to reschedule our appointment numerous times due to the fact that we were coming from the Vineyard and had last minute issues come up. When the team realized that the wrong parts had been sent for a wiring harness that we ordered he immediately reached out to us to work out the best scenario for us to accommodate our logistical situation. I appreciated the honesty and will recommend Hyannis Mazda to any of our friends and associates in need of either a new car or service on their vehicle.

Extremely accommodating.. went there to get a complete diagnostic check on my 2013 mazda 3 with 135k miles. A couple basic issues, the representative Brian kept up with informing me throughout the process. Brian called me this morning just to let me know the delivery on my part was going to be delayed. Awesome CS Thank you!

It was so easy to schedule my maintenance appointment. The work was well completed, and the service manager, Zach, was a pleasure to talk to. I was given a. Rental car, I was called when the work was completed, everything was reviewed with me and the cost was minimal for the work done.

It was a fine routine service, albeit expensive which I was expecting. I take huge issue with many of the employees being unmasked while I was there. And not just a quick adjustment or having a sip of water. One employee, in the manager’s office (assuming it was manager) had his mask off for almost the full hour I was there with another (masked) employee sitting across his desk from him chatting for roughly 30 minutes. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I have an autoimmune disease which is treated with medications that impact my immune system, I am considered high risk. Please retrain employees on mask mandates during pandemic!

I bought a 2014 Mazda 6 with 58,000 miles on it for $14,000. I have only put 8,000 miles on it and most of them are highway miles. My brakes started squeaking so I took it in for service an oil change, tire rotation and I wanted them to look at the brakes as I just got it and assumed they had replaced the brake pads before I bought it. I found out that the pads where at .5 when I bought the car. Allow me to school you, you should change your pads at a .4 because at.3 you've reached the squealers that are metal. That damages the rotors. The GM refused to replace them on their dime because a .5 is the bare minimum before replacement. I disagreed as I didn't think after only driving 8,000 miles I would have to pay for a brake job. The GM told me that he didn't care if it was a 100,000 dollar car or a 14,000 dollar car, if the brake pads where at.5 he was not replacing the pads. I cannot afford a brake job i pay a car payment and now full insurance. I bought the car I couldn't afford because I didn't want to have any expensive repair jobs anytime soon. But look at me now thanks to Premiere Cape Cod Mazda. So all you parents out there looking for a used car for your teenager make sure that you have them remove the tires. So you can agree to having an expensive brake job right after buying it before you agree to buy the car.

Great and responsive service, even while the building is being built. They even gave me a car, so I didn't have to wait with my baby.
