I highly recommend Quality Auto Center. I live on Nantucket and I dropped my car off and when it was finished they brought it back to the boat for me, sent a photo of where it was parked and communicated the entire time with me. Very professional and quality work.

Cannot say enough positive things about this place! I came here for the first time to get my turbocharger replaced on my VW. When I called to get a quote, Said answered and helped me through the whole process. He ended up finding me the part for much cheaper than anywhere else and the installation went perfectly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a reputable, friendly, and professional car technician with a plethora of knowledge. Thanks again!

Scarlet the front desk Person was friendly, she also made me a cup of coffee that I enjoyed while my car was getting done .

I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Center! The owner Saeed was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Saeed & his mechanics work!! The total price for the repairs was less than what he estimated too! My elderly father and I were on vacation in Hyannis. As we were getting ready to drive home my car started making noises. I stopped at another mechanic’s shop and was told they were booked solid & couldn’t help us. Then we stopped in at a store to grab something and I asked them if they could recommend a good mechanic. They said Quality Auto was great and they were just around the corner. So we went there and the owner greeted us as I pulled in, I explained our situation and he said he would take the car for a ride to see what the noise was. I could see they were very busy & he said well there’s always emergencies & he was happy to help. Saeed took the car and said it was the wheel bearings and it was not safe to drive the hour & a half home.He also noticed that the brakes needed to be replaced as well & he could replace them at the same time. I said do whatever you need to do to get us home safely! He said they could fix it & have it done by 4:30/5:00. I called the hotel to see if we could stay another night to make it easier on all of us. I was beyond grateful at this point, he even offered to give us a ride back to the hotel. I thought I’d order an Uber or Lyft to bring us back in the morning to pickup the car but he offered to come back to the hotel to pick us up & even put the suitcases in the car for me. Talk about service! I couldn’t be more impressed & pleased!
