They did not have my prescription so I called my physicians office to forward the prescription and she was kind enough to call me when it came in and took me as the first appointment right after lunch. Very accommodating.

Heather was so kind and great at finding my hiding veins! She was very pleasant and quick to get me in and out during my scheduled appointment. She had a lot of patience with elderly customers during check in procedure in walking them thru the ipad experience. Its nice to see knowledgeable people working in healthcare with great customer service and a smile on their faces! Will go back to Osterville location again.

Caryn was kind and patient. She worked with me to ensure my insurance was correct and had a perfect stick. She’s a one woman show with over 20 years of experience. Be patient as she works alone.

I always have a good experience here. The phlebotomist is professional, nice and I barely feel a thing when my blood is drawn.

So much better than Quest Hyannis office on Camp Street. Written directions need update. The Cumberland Farms landmark is now Osterville General Store.

I had to write a review for this facility due to the fact that Caryn, ( hope I spelt it right) went out of her way to help me with a lab order from my rheumatologist that could have cost me some money if she hadn't called the doctors office to get the order correctly worded so insurance would pay for the order, not me. You just don't see many people doing more than required any more, and Caryn did! Thank you, Joe D

The technician working there was not friendly at all! I went there with my 5 yo, and her way of trying to convence my daughter to let her draw her blood was to tell her that she would be on vacation in a couple hrs so she should make things easier for her.
We were not able to get it done! This place is not kid friendly at all, and by serving the other reviews it’s actually not people friendly
Ps: we had an appointment but got there 20 min earlier, the lady told me when I was still checking in that they don’t like to take appointments earlier even though there was nobody else there!

Technician was professional and friendly. Waiting room was extremely full. I was taken within a few minutes of my scheduled time.

The woman who was working this morning was nothing but rude. She did not like the fact that my elderly father was a walk in. He never had this problem before, but she was clearly annoyed. My father was upset and was complaining and she told him to stop. Everyone understands waiting, but how you speak to someone is very important. She needs a lesson in how to speak to people.

The technician who was working was rude. A few people, including myself, entered Quest through the wrong door. She was very rude in saying we entered the wrong door. Here’s an idea, put a sign up on the wrong door with an arrow pointing to the waiting/check-in area. She then proceeded to tell me taking walk-ins in between appointments is ridiculous. I was a walk-in. She clearly doesn’t like her job. Pick a different location.
