“Just rented a unit online very easy to do had a small issue getting my access code my drivers license did not update with my new address so I called the customer service number and Christy fixed the issue in minutes and got me my access code I’m off to use the storage unit great customer service thank you Christy😎😎

“Unfortunately there was not a storage unit available in the size I needed when I called. However the guy who answered the phone, who I took to be the owner, was exceptionally nice and gracious and as you can see the pictures show you that the establishment is really well maintained and clean. 807 has the advantage of being across the way from the daily paper restaurant”

“If you care about your furniture and your sanity, then you should hire Eldredge & Bourne to move your stuff. We moved from a condo into a house in Chatham. There was some downtime between the closings and they offered to store our stuff in their temperature controlled warehouse in Hyannis or work with Chatham Sun Self Storage's climate controlled storage. I am so grateful that they had those options available. The moves went smoothly and me and my wife weren't stress balls. I'd recommend them to anyone who has to move houses on Cape Cod. Lauren did our estimate and the tiny bit more we paid over the other 2 quotes, was well worth it in how they handled our stuff and the level of communication throughout the process. Plus she is fun.
