Oh man! That Youtube video from "mryeester" showing this store trialing selling gaming PC parts + PC tech support is absolutely amazing! I never would've thought that Staples would dive their feet into those waters but goodness this location absolutely rocks it with all of that. PLEASE expand this to more Staples stores across the USA! I know in Connecticut where I'm actually from, we can really use this from you all since we don't have a Micro Center and we had a Best Buy store go out of business with the leftover ones looking like they're going to follow suit. Not having any kind of "total tech support" for our custom high-end PCs sounds like a nightmare and again, we would love this new thing from you all to expand!

Great store, was browsing YouTube one day a few weeks ago and found a video by the channel "MrYeester" that showed how this location is currently trialing selling gaming PC parts (only one in the US currently apparently), so I decided to pay them a visit and I was able to get a GPU for MSRP that has been super hard hard to find elsewhere these past few months, and I also got a new power supply to go along with it that they had no problem price matching!I'd highly recommend it if your in the area and shopping for pc gaming-related upgrades, and I hope it's successful enough that they expand it to more stores.

The review is specifically for the UPS Drop off service. I brought in a prepaid/labeled package and got a receipt proving that I dropped off the package. UPS has no record or tracking information for the package, so I went to the UPS center in West Yarmouth, MA. They told me that UPS never got the package, it's Staples fault. I went back to Staples and talked to Patrick, the Assistant Mgr who was very rude and unsympathetic, saying that "nothing is 100%". He said that my receipt was proof that UPS picked up the package, I said "No, that is my proof that I brought the package here." I was told that they do not track the package once you drop it off. So now I am out $72 for the lost contents of the package, and no explanation or apology from Staples. DO NOT USE, or you will lose. Once you drop off your package you are on your own. Terrible system, no tracking of your package to prove that they did their job of forwarding to UPS. Drop off your package at the UPS center in West Yarmouth or anyplace besides Staples in Hyannis.

I came to the store today to print pamphlets for my grandmothers funeral. There were issues with formatting/centering that I just couldn’t figure out with my limited home programs and knowledge. I felt so fortunate to have been greeted by Luke at the copy/print counter. He fixed all my issues and made a difficult project significantly easier. Very grateful and will definitely be back in the future! Kudos to Luke

Really appreciate the outstanding customer service at this location. Walked in the door and was greeted right away. Had several video and image files files to transfer from DVD to a thumb drive. Kody and Kyle at the Copy and Print Center were super helpful. Thank you guys . Highly recommend!

I don't know way I keep going back to this horror show. Every time I buy something here, I get ripped off. This time I went in for a cardboard box, it was labeled a few dollars, a lot for a box but I was there so I bought it. I check my receipt and they charged me twice as much as posted. I go back in and ask the manager and he points out the fine print(8 pt type) that says you need to buy 5 of them for that price. These people are thieves, if this is what it takes to have a successful business, America is *ucked.

Asked the sales rep twice if the chair I was getting was the one with adjustable arm rest height. Twice was told it was the correct chair. Get home to assemble it and lo and behold, wrong chair. I ended up paying more for a chair I didn't want.

I bought a new Dell business computer on staples.com. Once it was delivered, I went to the Hyannis store to have them transfer the data from my old business computer. When I got the new computer back, it did not work properly. Patrick and his technical team, diagnosed the problem as a bad hard drive. They immediately got another computer in the store, set it up for me, with all my data and new work software, in less than a day. I’m back to work and cannot thank them enough. Thank you Patrick. Job well done.

They always have something I need at a reasonable price and they price match leading competitors. Thank you ?
