I was charged $75 per tire without my consent or prior disclosure which is double the normal price.
This pricing was never explained or authorized, and I only learned of it after the work was done.
When you’re dealing with a service business, transparency matters and this experience lacked it.
I would not return and would caution others to get pricing in writing before agreeing to any work.

Sullivan Tire in Hyannis, MA is a place where I will bring my business to . They are very helpfull and treat there customers very good. I am very happy with the tires I purchased there and the level of service that they provided. I would highly recommend them for your tires.

Went in for in for more information based upon my research. I was given a group of possible options with appraisals of each type of tire. Came to a decision. An hour later I had 4 new tires mounted and a front end alignment completed. Great communication and service!

I pulled in with a flat tire and they were unable to help until the end of the day, but they gave me free air and told me what might be the problem. That’s the kind of thing that doesn’t happen anymore. These guys are great and I will be back

I stopped by today with a low tire pressure on my rental car. They got me squared away with properly inflated tires in a jiffy. Sometimes it’s little things that set a business apart from the competition. Super nice staff and quick service!

We had a wonderful experience at Sullivan Tire in Hyannis. They were able to help us with a same day appointment to buy and install two new truck tires after cutting sidewalls on the 90 degree angle granite looking local curbs while turning a corner. They had the tires we needed in stock. We thought the labor and installation price was fair and the two team members that helped is were very pleasant. The location worked well for us. We were able to run some errands at the shopping center behind the shop while they installed the tires. We would use them again. Thank you team.

Fantastic customer service. I usually go to the Sandwich location, but stopped into Hyannis with a snowblower tire that needed some love. They fixed it no charge. All our cars go to Sullivan Tire and now a snowblower
