The customer service is very disappointed and depressing both with representative work at bank and dealing with representative (s) over the phone. This includes speaking to supervisor (s) and managers and workers , I have been trying to pay my credit card bill and these people kept doing wrong thing. These people taken money from both accounts when I specifically told them which account i would like them to take the money from to pay the bill. As a result one of the account overdraft, I dont spend what I do not have and they expect me to pay over draft and revise fees. This is not my fault. They took the money from the wrong account overdraft the account and inconvenient me from paying my other bills. When I spoke with the supvisor she told me they have to expedite the money back to my account and it will takes 1-3days. If you go to the bank they are not helpful and very rude. If you call customer service they are worst they are not knowledgeable with work or maybe they just dont care about the well being of the customers. I spoke to different representatives all of them totally saying something different and giving wrong info.

I was working through a home sale that involved working with the TD Loan Group that was very frustrating. Having said that, I ran into issues with attempted fraud and found both the TD Fraud Group and the local branch extremely professional and helpful. At the local branch I mostly dealt with Brittany and she was awesome in helping me sort it all out and setting up new accounts quickly.

Probably the worst bank ever. They said they had reported fraud and that they had to end my of account and started a new one for me. 2 day later it was closed and so I called and they said to come into the store , turns out my account was closed and that I am not allowed to have an account with them anymore (thank goodness). I had asked them was it the detected fraud due to hacking, they said it wasn’t that, and then I asked what the issue was, and they said we don’t know. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW. Actually ridiculous and stupid, never use this bank, actually terrible.

Dan (or Don) and Janelle (she seems like a supervisor, not sure if I have her name right but she was black/African American with an obvious wig on) were rude and unprofessional. My simple transaction took longer than normal because Dan didn’t listen and was rushing. I was asked a “security question” I have never been asked before and simply asked “why?” & they both came at me very rude. Even after I answered the question, Dan very sarcastically replied “then say that”. His manager/supervisor did not correct him, had attitude as well and rolled her eyes. The rest of transaction was quiet and when Dan was done he slammed my ID, debit card, receipt and money envelope on the counter and said “there you go” in a very rude manner and looked back down at his computer. Before I left, I asked for the woman’s name. I bet these people would not act this way in a setting where they do not have security present. This was my first and last time in the location. The South Dennis location is far superior, with excellent customer service. I have been warned about this place and read some shady reviews but I decided to give it a chance since I was near by. Never again.

My experience with the customer service at TD Bank today was disappointing. I've been a loyal customer with them for a while, but today's encounter was disheartening. My father approached the representative for assistance Janelle , but instead of helpfulness, he encountered rudeness. The representative seemed unwilling to assist and displayed a lack of professionalism in handling our concerns. This experience was particularly surprising as we've never encountered such behavior in all our years of banking with TD Bank.
However, after speaking with the manager, the situation improved significantly. She was very helpful and nice, and she promptly resolved the issue we were facing. It was reassuring to see that TD Bank has dedicated and supportive managers like Stacy. We hope that TD Bank addresses these initial issues promptly to maintain the excellent service they are known for

The assistant store manager Brittany V. really helped us with a big problem. She solved it and followed up by telephone to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service!

I’m sending this review for my son, as it is right before Christmas, and TD Bank is holding a check from a multi billion dollar insurance company, MetLife. They are saying that they can’t release any funds because they can’t verify that there are funds from the insurance company. Now mind you he deposited this check nine days ago and the check is from his grandfather dying and it’s from MetLife, once again, a multi billion dollar company. First they told him it would be a six day hold. Six days would’ve been last Saturday, now we are at Tuesday and he still doesn’t have his money. Christmas is basically here and they have completely screwed him. My other son who got the same check deposited his into Rockland trust and within eight hours, that $6000 check was cleared. Tell me why TD Bank is taking nine days to clear a check from a company that obviously has the funds. He’s going to change banks once he gets his deposit, but I think it is absolute bull what they are doing to him and right before Christmas.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT with this bank the worse bank ever! Customer service is horrible the branch manager works remotely and never is in the bank I found that to be for all their banks. As I opened my account in Massachusetts and two banks there never had the branch manager in house. This bank if your accounts get compromised do not return your money or protect your money. Nor do they fight for you to get your money back. They basically say there is nothing we can do. Really?????
