I had a great experience at the Centerville TD Bank location. I was ready to close my account because of the situations that has been going on in the Hyannis location with one of the Tele. Centerville location would be my last try before making my decision. thanks to the amazing Sean who assisted me. He greeted me with a warm smile and truly took the time to understand my needs. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the process so much smoother and stress-free. I felt valued as a customer, and his excellent service exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your outstanding help!

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT with this bank the worse bank ever! Customer service is horrible the branch manager works remotely and never is in the bank I found that to be for all their banks. As I opened my account in Massachusetts and two banks there never had the branch manager in house. This bank if your accounts get compromised do not return your money or protect your money. Nor do they fight for you to get your money back. They basically say there is nothing we can do. Really?????

TD =Terribly Disapointing Corporate bank which I regret opening a business account. Recent turnover of staff has brought only disorganization and rudeness. Our business had no where to turn when management was unwilling to help with a basic adding signatures to accounts - which they ignored and lost the paperwork for 8 months, (yet let us sign sometimes, they thought it was ok to sign sometimes not- so which is it ) - we had to eventually drive 40 minutes to Orleans branch where the manager handled the simple issue immediately. We are polite and respectful as business customers, patient for 8 months - what gives the manager in this branch to be so dismissive to long time customers and our busy law office which needs to do lots of business with a bank. REGRETTING our choice of bank, so much trouble at this point to change all our check books etc to leave for a different bank.

Worst bank EVER!!!! James Schmit never follows through or does what he promises. Terrible customer service and unreliable. This bank was amazing when it was Cape Cod bank and trust.. CC5 is definitely the way to go now. They’re amazing!
